The friendliness and service, it's 5 star, the receptionists know their stuff and guide you threw. The Summer special did attract me, I admit. The facilities look nice. I would like to understand the receipt clearer, numbers everywhere, so I'll have to ask.

Jessica helped me reserve and open a storage unit. She was really patient and accommodating. She was also knowledgeable. Very nice.

Jessica is awesome. She has always made sure I was taken care of. Excellent customer service. When I had issue with my unit lock, they were able to get it taken care of right away.
