As a realtor I have worked with many different lenders that clients have chosen to use. Let me tell you, they are not all created equal. After a particularly terrible experience with a lender in one of my transactions, I feel compelled to use my energy to speak about my great experiences with this group. Specifically, I would like to comment on my interactions with Mark Paliscak and Michael Winter. As an agent and a client, I can tell you that a lender that knows what they are doing and has time management skills makes all the difference. If you're thinking about using another lender, don't. Jennifer Row is pure magic! If ever there has been a godsend, it's her and her team. She was so confident, professional and approachable! She never let me worry about anything and stayed well ahead of the process which allowed us to close in record time. I can't begin to voice my appreciation and respect for Jennifer and her team. Glynne Britt Browning did an amazing job in helping us get a loan for our dream home. She stuck by our side for almost 2 years through ups and downs as we searched for a home in this crazy market. She would often check in with me and see how things were going. She would answer all my questions and taught me a lot about the whole loan process which I really had no prior knowledge about as a first time home buyer. Her skills, knowledge, and realiability makes her a great loan officer. She went above and beyond for my husband and I, even helping us on her days off. I was referred to Anabel Thrall by my realtor and I’m extremely satisfied with her service. Worked with Mike Rohde on 2 loan applications (first fell through for reasons totally unrelated to the loan). He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Takes the time to really explain in detail how things work and has a good sense of the programs etc that are available. Overall, just really great to work with!

Mike was recommended to us by our realtor and worked with us for over 2 years while we made the decision to start looking for houses and then when we were finally ready to purchase. He talked me and my husband through all our loan options and explained the different processes and was available by text or phone for any questions we had. He even came to our final signing so we could meet him personally, which we appreciated! Would definitely use him in the future.

They were able to give us our miracle that we needed to buy our home. We were turned down by another loan company because of a situation 11 years ago and some legal issues not being done correctly.When we got a call from our realtor saying she found the team at Altitude and they can get our loan financed I was a little hesitant. They did it we got us financed and they were there for every question and need. I would give them a hundred stars if I could. Go with Altitude. You will not regret it.
