I came on here to write about my regretful experience with this moving company from start to finish, only to find everyone else said pretty much the same things.
It started out with a bad quote. No one confirmed my details. And I never got a call from the driver or the company. I reached out twenty four hours before I was supposed to get a call from the driver, Only then did everyone realize my phone# was wrong. The driver told me he couldn't come back. He was already too far away. Only to call a little bit later and say that he had to come back for us and "was gonna make it work".
Apparently the next morning, 230am my time in AZ I got a phone call saying I owed almost 4,000 more than my original estimate. I told them to just leave and I would find somebody else. They negotiated for over two hours, and I still had to pay an extra amount that was ridiculous while everyone kept reiterating how much favors they were doing for me
They ridiculousness off favors came from all of my broken and mangled things. From the looks of the reviews on here. A claim is going to be fun. I probably have at this point over $500 in damages. And I haven't even started unpacking the bulk of it. This was the biggest regret of my life and a huge waste of money. I sent a pod for the first half of my things for a fraction of the price and nothing was broken upon arrival. (MD to AZ) I cannot recommend getting yourself a pod and skipping this moving company altogether.
(I would like to add the driver and delivery people were the only nice interaction I had the whole exp)

Was promised to receive a quote on 27 July 22 but never received it. After contacting the representative assigned to me (Bud), I was left on read twice with a response yet to be sent. Although it was specifically for a quote, I still feel like someone should’ve had the decency to respond to me stating that they were unable to assist with my move or anything along those lines. I would’ve understood any reason for the delay in responding or even if I wouldn’t have been able to receive help but simply not responding is not going to fly.

Worst move ever. Many items were broken. It's has been 6 weeks and we are still waiting on a claim rep to assess the damages. Extremely unprofessional. Wouldn't wear a mask. I could go on and on.

Worst moving experience we have ever had. If we could give them negative star ratings we would. We did a cross country move from Iowa to Arizona. They did load up our shipment on time, but that's the last bit of good news. Our goods sat on a truck in Iowa for over a week while they "waited for a driver". We were at our new home for a full 4 days before they ever even got our belongings on a truck. We were told by their rep. that 2 items wouldn't fit and would be sent separately. This was a complete lie, 30 items were left behind crated and shipped by a 3rd party. They arrived a full 3 weeks after they packed up our house. We submitted a claim for delayed delivery and all that we were compensated was $100 because they first part of our shipment was delivered one day after the guaranteed delivery date. Their communication was terrible. We had to contact them every day, sometimes several times to check on the status of our belongings. They never took the initiative and called us to give as an update. Then the claim form on their website would not work, when we tried to submit it. It froze up every time and when I contacted their claims dept. they were extremely rude! I do not recommend this moving to anyone!company

My move finalized on July 9, 2021. I was supposed to get a refund check. It is now September 6, 2021. I spent over $14,000 to move from Philadelphia PA to Tucson AZ; do you think that I could receive my overpayment in a timely manner? The payment to the company was due upon arrival. I have been promised my refund check for weeks now. Bayshore Allied stated that they sent the check but it was returned because of the "wrong address." Wow, really? My furniture was delivered to the same address by Bayshore Allied. This company is unethical and not worth the inattention to complete customer satisfaction. Keep in mind that I am reviewing Bayshore Allied Van Lines located in Newark, Delaware.

Allied uses Citizens Transfer and Storage, Inc. as their local movers and they should find another mover. These guys are absolutely horrible. Called all the major companies for an interstate moving estimate on a Monday and only Citizens/Allied didn't get back to me within 48 hours. So I called the company directly on Wednesday and still didn't hear back by Friday. Finally called Allied on Friday and then Gus called me back a few hours later, leaving a message to schedule an estimate. I called him back immediately, and he answered "yeah, this is Gus." I said, yes, you just called me about my move? And he responded "YEAH. HOW CAN I HELP YOU?" So I repeated myself. And he again said hostilely, "YEAH. HOW CAN I HELP YOU?" So I told him I needed to schedule an estimate. He continued to act like a total j**** so I told him to forget it. I hope someone at Allied is reading this so they know exactly what kind of a terrible company they have partnered with. I'm sure it hurts their national rating, and if they read other reviews online they will see exactly what other customers think of their 1-star service and Gus. He isn't fit to work at a national moving company that cares about its reputation. I didn't even bother to get an estimate, which would have been about $10,000 of business based on the distance.

This is the worst moving company I have ever used - and I have moved all over the world during a 40-year career. We hired them for a small removal of personal effects from Tucson to Australia and they completely forgot about our goods for months. Only when I started asking them when our things would arrive did they admit that they had forgotten about it. Since then all my emails and phone calls go unanswered. Avoid them!!!

Our driver was Juan Estrada. Extremely professional, polite; he did not hurry our move. He insured everything was packed and done correctly the first time. We did most of the packing ourselves. But what Juan did he did with care and concern. Everything was tagged. His itemized list was easy to read and thorough.
