I highly recommend All American Lending Group. Alicia Hand is absolutely amazing to work with. Alicia is very efficient and is quick to respond to any questions we had. My wife and I recently refinanced our home and couldn’t be more pleased.

I just closed on a home loan with the help of Alicia Hand at All American Lending and, without exaggeration, she has provided the very best client care I have ever received. She was on top of the process from day one, resourceful in helping me chase down long lost documents, always warm and friendly, and always right there to answer questions and provide assistance. Not only that, but I also got a great rate! A definite five out of five stars, and a huge thank you!

I just purchased my new home and All American Lending made the process easy and stress-free. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and communication was top-notch. They were able to lock me in at the lowest APR rate of any other company that I had checked, saving me thousands of dollars throughout the life of my loan. It's no wonder they have been in business for 25 years. To say I am pleased would be an understatement. Do yourself a favor and call them!Thank you Melissa, David, Alicia and Eddie...you all are the BEST!!

I would like to recommend All American Lending Group. Specifically, owner / operator and loan originator Melissa Hand. My personal experience with Melissa has led me to confirm their positive reputation built from an adherence to a code of ethics. It is their commitment to maintaining these beliefs that has helped keep them successfully in business for over twenty-five years.During a refinance application process everything started out just fine. However, as the days and weeks went by it all started to go downhill quickly. Regrettably, an employee of All American Lending Group, loan originator E. R., misguided me with incorrect information concerning closing cost and cash needed to close. He also provided erroneous numbers to the title company (Pioneer Title Agency / West Ajo Way). After numerous text messages, emails and phone calls the day finally arrived for me to close and sign all final required documentation. Both lending broker E.R. and a Pioneer Title Agency branch manager confirmed a specific dollar amount needed to close with instructions to ascertain a cashier's check in that amount. Upon arriving for my appointment I was told that there was some sort of "screw up" and that I was short about another $750.00. I was then left waiting in a common area for twenty minutes while a Pioneer Title escrow officer and All American Lending Group loan originator E.R. went back and forth on the phone attempting to correct the gross negligence on their part concerning the false information that was provided to me. Shortly thereafter I was told to leave and come back some other time. I left confused and highly disappointed.A couple of days later I was contacted by the Pioneer Title branch manager and told that if I wanted to continue this process it would require and additional $550.00. So I retrieved yet another cashier's check in that amount and signed all final documentation to close and finalize the deal. Surprisingly, I was again contacted yet a third time requesting even more additional funds. They wanted another $200.00 several days after I closed on my refinance submission. The whole process was a huge stressful mess. I do NOT recommend Pioneer Title Agency or AALG broker E.R. I feel that I was mislead, misinformed and misguided by these two representatives. What should've been a smooth and easy process turned out to be quite trying and taxing. Their amateurish incompetency almost caused me to back out of the entire process. It wasn't until Melissa Hand stepped in and took over handling the entire process that everything started going smoothly and properly. Melissa was very helpful mediating between her subordinate E.R., Pioneer Title Agency and Provident Funding Mortgage Company. Her intervention quickly steered the ship in the right direction. After I was able to explain everything that was going on to Melissa she maintained open lines of communication and helped me every step of the way. She was legitimately upset and apologetical to hear what I was being put through and did everything in her power to make amends and reverse any damages. It is rare these days to find someone in business with the transparency, openness and honesty as I discovered in Melissa Hand. She gave me her word over the phone and stuck to it. Whether you're purchasing a home, simply refinancing, in need of a loan review or debt consolidation I highly recommend Melissa Hand at All American Lending Group. Good people.

Top shelf treatment from start to finish. David and his team made everything as easy as can be, especially given this COVID environment. From application to pre-approval to appraisal the entire process was quick, streamlined and simple to execute. More importantly, we got a great rate on the home we love. Thank you All American!!!

This amazing team helped us buying our first house. Like many other loan hunting and buying a house process, there was frustrating times for us that we had to try different lenders, but they patiently figure it out and make this happen for us. I totally recommend this place :).

Melisa is absolutely awesome. She has done loans on two homes for us and a couple of refinances. I wouldn't go to anyone else. She has gone above and beyond for us. I recommend anyone use her for any type of home loan. We will never use anyone else. Great communication that made us feel at ease with the whole complicated process.

If there were an option to leave zero stars, that's what I'd be leaving for this review. We were wrongly prequalified to buy a home. After nearly 2 months of looking, 2 offers placed on 2 homes, 2 home inspections, we learn weeks before closing on a home that we were never qualified to be looking in the first place. To top it off, we were never told this directly. It was disclosed to our agent, only when she called to check on the loan status. Very disappointing experience, and the attitude that the owners of this business have is just sickening. They will not take accountability for their errors, and instead we, the clients, were blamed for choosing not to close on a home because of the repair costs. We would have been denied the loan anyway because of not meeting the loan criteria for self employment. For an office who prides themselves on over 25+ years of service in this industry, a simple prequalifying factor was negligently overlooked. We applied for a VA backed loan, however, we recently started a business. As such, there is a 2 year financial history requirement that we obviously cannot provide since we are a new start up. Maybe the right questions were not asked, even after we provided all of the financial documentation that was asked of us. We were told that we had a green light to look for a home, and "happy house hunting". We made an offer on a home, but after a few counters, we withdrew from it because the sellers were unwilling or unable to make the repairs required from the inspection report. An inspection that we paid for under the belief that we were prequalified to purchase a home.We looked a several more homes, and made an offer on another home. During this entire process, we were never told that there was a problem with our application, or lack of the proof of income requirements. So, we payed for yet another home inspection. We made our counter offer, requiring that the seller take care of the necessary repairs required based on the inspection report. Right after submitting that counter offer, we learn that we were never qualified to purchase a home in the first place. How embarrassing is it, that weeks before closing on a home you learn that you will not have the funds available to purchase the home you are demanding repairs on? Furthermore, that your lender representative will not even relay this information to you, until she is called by our agent while we are standing in earshot, and we all find out on a late Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend? To make an attempt to right the wrong that was done, we were told that the owner would reimburse us for our inspection fees, which totaled $800. When we arrived, he had written a check for one of the inspections. He handed it to us, and tried to rush out of the door. I then told him that we understood that we were being reimbursed for both home inspections. He was very nasty and rude, asking me why he would pay for the first home inspection, when we walked away from the deal? I was taken back by his rough attitude, and instead we just said our goodbyes and left. However, the answer to that question is simple: Why wouldn't you pay for it when your office made the error of prequalifying us for a home loan? There never would have been a home inspection if we were never prequalified to buy a home in the first place!Needless to say that we will never be using this company ever again, even when we have the required time under our belts to show 2 years of financial history for the new business. The unprofessionalism that these owners have shown us, their clients, is unbelievable. We have not received any form of apology, no accountability for their errors, nothing at all. I highly recommend giving this place some thought before doing any business with them.
