BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!Inconsiderate, bad service, discriminatory- I have never been so embarrassed or made to feel smaller than at this business today. Found out after the fact that a paid in full rental = no refund ! SO THEY STEAL TOO!1 star is too many.

Horrible customer service, nobody attempted to assist me and only gave me reasons why I COULD NOT RENT.
I accumulated fees/costs upwards of $700 for my trip because they booked me a truck that they later told me they did NOT have and if I could even get it at all due to the previous renter still having the vehicle. This company uses deceptive sales means to get you to book a vehicle. I booked my truck almost two weeks in advance, even called twice to confirm no issues.
Once I arrived they asked me for Kansas mail to verify my address on my Kansas drivers license address. I asked if that would be an issue, they said no. Bring proof of identity and a credit card only. But excuse after excuse…
I am now missing my father’s funeral…. ??♂️
DO NOT UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES!!!!
I will also be contacting a general manager at corporate.
I can’t believe they rented me a vehicle they didn’t have available and made it my fault once I arrived for pick up.
Definitely contacting corporate.

Worst customer service experience ever. Rude receptionist, lack of information and just overall bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you would like your time to be wasted and your hopes to be crushed.
FYI , I would of given a zero star review but don’t have that option here.

From the moment we walked in immediately hostile and rude service. Older lady working in the front was extremely rude no good morning. We couldn’t rent a car and we did a second reservation and we were told we couldn’t get a same day reservation which is fine. However the way the whole situation was handled left a bad taste in our moth.

The staff at the off-airport were all very friendly and helpful. No long lines either. They had the car I reserved available (I have had many experiences with other companies where that was not the case). The rental rates were much better than others I shopped. Thanks for the great customer experience!

Alamo car rental moved away from the terminal . I’m guessing , other car rentals will do the same soon. Alamo has a shuttle that runs quite often, the shuttle is located across from the current auto rental counters. Look for the Alamo shuttle sign. The ride is a mere 3 minutes and the set up at the off-site is fairly new, just started At the end of May,2024. It still needs to build out the infrastructure.
The staff and management is helpful and the savings is worth the 3 min ride.

Terrible experience with the Tucson INTL Airport Alamo. I made reservations online for a vehicle for 3 days at the beginning of June. Unfortunately, my physical drivers license was misplaced prior to my trip. However, I had an official paper driver’s license from the Arizona MVD, as well as a photo of my drivers license and a secondary federal ID to prove my identity (military ID). Alamo refused to be accommodating (despite their policy online saying that a paper license would suffice) and I had to book last minute with another agency. Dollar Car Rental was more than accommodating and very understanding, book with them or anyone else instead!

Everyone and everything was great. Car was excellent. Glad we waited for the van.
I also wanted to shout out Whitney. I am not sure if she is with Alamo or strictly Enterprise but she has really great customer service. I was at the counter around 2 hours (my choice) waiting and hoping for a van.
She offered many solutions but my stubborn husband wanted that. Not only was she really gracious but she serviced and took care of lots of other customers while also taking care of me.
She is truly a pro. She is also just funny and delightful. My two hours flew by. She understands what real service means. I come from the hospitality industry and I love when I encounter people who get it.
Kudos to your team! Will definitely use you guys again
