The miscommunication in this office is insane. I should of checked the reviews before buying a policy with them. My premium went up because of their own office error and I decided to cancel because of it. My account was still charged which wouldn't not have been a problem if they refunded me the full amount, which they didn't. They still owe me money from their own mistakes.

I’ve been with Statefarm for many years, only ever changing my agent when I moved to the area. Over the last year this office and its staff have made me again and again ponder leaving this agent if not Statefarm entirely. The staff at Al Casey’s office continue to set the bar at a record low as far as State Farm goes. It isn’t even complicated stuff, policy changes, misfiling things, neglecting to send things out over and over and over and over. If I spent any more time on the phone and email getting things to be done correctly, it would be quicker to do them myself. It’s honestly saddening.

They were unwilling to honor our insurance claim due to minor technicality that they hunted for. Called others that would have claimed.

This place is good State farm in Tucson Arizona. Every time I call I think I get a lady named windy or they help me all the time I never had an issue with them
