Great Experience. Analisa (front desk) was great and the MRI tech (Trevor) was polite and supportive of my claustrophobia and anxiety.Highly recommend!

Amazing!!!! The girls in the office always go above and beyond when helping me ! Having an MRI can be quite scary but the ladies up front along with their tech Trevor are amazing at putting your mind at easy and helping you feel as comfortable as possible while doing a scan that isn’t comfortable at all. I will always recommend Advanced open mri to my friend, family and colleagues for any imaging needs they may have and it’s all because of how kind and caring Mayra, Trevor and Analisa are!

I would give is a zero star if I could. The Technician is wonderful. It takes too long to get reports from the radiologist. Never had this problem with Open MRI -- radiology reports always within a few days. Advanced doesn't follow that same policy. Broke all speed limits getting to my orthopedic surgeon appointment today only to find out that the radiologist from Advanced has still not sent a report from Dec. 26. Today is Jan 9. It was 3 hours of my wasted time driving to and from my appointment today and Advanced doesn't care about our time. What is taking their radiologist so long when other companies provide results in days. I didn't select this provider and will never go back. Open MRI in Tucson is so much better with providing speedy results to doctors.

I wish I could give 10 stars!!! They go above and beyond. When my doctor's staff messed up my husband's MRI referral, Myra took over and got it pre-approved. She called us to set up the appointment and the MRI was done before our doctor's office even contacted him to let him know it was approved. When we were there the staff was absolutely wonderful! Myra and Cecila were professional and made you feel comfortable. My husband was in a lot of pain but the technician was very understanding and caring. We had the disk to take to our surgeon when we left.I cannot recommend them enough.

The staff, Trevor, Cecilia and Mya were so caring and helpful. Made for an excellent experience for a difficult procedure considering how much pain my husband was in. Northwest Imaging was so unaccomadating and rude we took our business to Adv Open MRI and very pleased that we did!

The results take way too long. Was never told it takes 7-10 days for results. Was told on a Thursday they are working on it by Monday of the next week still no results:(. Will find another open MRI facility

Nice, relaxing place with no wait time.It was easy to contact them and schedule an appt, and when there, the staff was great. The MRI technician had a very pleasant demeanor.

I didn't realize I was claustrophobic until I was being sent head first into an MRI machine. I started panicking and the tech pulled me out. We tried again, but this time it was worse. She recommended finding an open MRI place and asking for a new referral to one of those locations. A quick Google search pulled up Advanced Open MRI of Tucson. I got all the needed calls made and referral was good to go. I spoke with Adam by phone and he was reassuring that once my appointment time came, I would be fine. He also assured me I could go in feet first and I appreciated that. On my appointment day, it was Adam who would be doing the scans. He was again reassuring that everything would be fine and checked on me immediately following each scan. The fact I could turn my head side to side was also a big help. I'd looked online and wasn't sure even open MRI would be for me because in the other one, but turning my head made all the difference seeing it was open. He played music of my choice and it's obvious he genuinely tries to make the patient comfortable. I was given a disc of the images and sent on my way. I highly recommend this place to anyone at all who suffers from claustrophobia and needs an MRI. They really want you to be at ease and that makes a world of difference. My last scans were sitting upright 10yrs ago, but that's not available in Tucson. This is definitely a great other option!

Dont put on airs....they can see right thru you.The Staffs' demeanor is courteous and jovial. A pleasant experience during times of health concerns. Mayra is very kind jovial and helpful in assisting with the initial information gathering. Adam is a gentleman with the ability to comfort and put at ease the apprehensive guest. Well done!It's not a place you go for entertainment, it is a place to go, when necessary, for situational discovery.The clean lobby and environment are pleasant. Soothing music and generous concerns for the medical guests well-being are noticeable.During this Covid crisis they are cautious and well prepared to follow prescribed safety guidelines.My Sincere Thanks to all.
