Addisigns made an absolutely beautiful and impressive outdoor sign for my business. I also appreciated them working with me on redoing a design for my roadside kiosk signs. I would recommend using this company.

Well, if I was speaking absolute truth, I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have never dealt with an array of problems from such a "company." As someone who likes to support local and family owned businesses, I was deeply disappointed with the lack of customer service, attention to detail, or timely operations. After this many decades of doing business, one would think that this company would be equipped with at least one employee who is an expert in their field. Let's just say that if you want something done right, do it yourself. The design I received, I would say looks like a middle school project... but that would be an insult to middle schoolers. Not to mention the price kept increasing without adequate justification. When it comes to customer service, I never talked to the same person per phone call. This resulted in miscommunications, and no one knowing the details of the project or if it was on track. When meeting Mike, the owner, I was bombarded with a negative religious zealot more eager to spread hate than to discuss the work at hand. If we were not speaking about religion, he would speak poorly about his employees. To me, it's a red flag when a boss has such little faith in his own team; based on my interactions with Mike, I would imagine he provides a toxic work environment and it must be worse behind closed doors. There are so many other locally owned and quality businesses in Tucson. In all there are no redeemable qualities with Addisigns, that recommend this company to anyone.

One of the most helpful teams in town! Staff was amazing. I work at a local wrap shop and our Laminating Machine went down putting us a halt until we received a replacement. The owner (Mike) had offered for us to use their equipment until our situation was resolved. We were over there 2-3 times a week for 4 weeks using their machine and Daniel (Graphic Artist) was nothing less than helpful and accommodating. We really appreciate all the help through the trying times!Definitely a place to look into for any Sign needs!

Addisigns has the worst customer service I have yet to see. Our sign has constant issues every single year. Outside of paying for constant repair the item is NEVER fixed. Please find someone else.

Addisigns has been one of the worst vendors we have worked with. The owner will consistently pass the buck when his signs break. Instead of providing any support the advise given is to find another vendor to work on the issue. Its truly remarkable they are still in business.

I have known Mike Addis and Addisigns for many years. They have designed and installed signs on several of my business locations. I recently contracted with Addisigns to design and build seven signs to recognize buyers at the 4-H Auction at the Pima County Fair. Mike gave me some great ideas on how to use light weight material that will hold up in the long run. I have been working with AJ to design and layout the Art Work. AJ has been very creative and helpful. The finished product is great! I highly recommend Addisigns.
