I have always shopped at Ace hardware store in my hometown and I don't have any complaints about Mark's but to stay open during the renovation and then not making sure that everything you are shopping for is available was kinda disappointing I hope that it is only to make it easier to get everything done and get out faster we shall see.

This store was fantastic between having just what we needed and excellent customer service. They were able to answer my questions and help me out when I purchased the wrong sized hardware. Shout out to Allan who was nice and made me laugh despite my being stressed about the home improvements I needed to do! Definitely recommend this Ace.

Always a great selection and always in stock.What truly separates Ace from the big box stores is the level of genuine customer service you recieve. Home Depot might be somewhat cheaper, but while everyone there is dressed in florescent orange, oddly the associates are all seemingly invisible.At Ace you are routinely met at the door by a willing associate (used car salesman in training) who takes the time to personally show you what they have for you.While I realize I'm not their only customer, I'm made to feel as if l am the sole reason they opened the store, from the time l enter the store until the time l depart, l truly feel my patronage is valued.This establishment might sell hardware, but they are really in the customer service business, they just sell hardware to get you in the door.

Mark's Ace Hardware is a great place to shop for a wide range of household supplies, tools and building supplies. I recently had to do a return and it was no hassle at all. I then found a box very close to what I had been looking for. They also have a great decoration section during the holidays!

Well I needed a adhesive for a stone/ tile attachment that just dropped off the wall in my shower. They had a great selection and I chose liquid nails. Just enough for one job. Just what I needed.
