Refused to take merchandise back! Nick had an attitude then they charged a card I did not authorize for them to charge! Be careful renting from here! Very shady people! They called me a liar pretty much I am not happy! Waiting to hear from corporate at this point!

Very pushy manager. I've been out of work due to workman's comp. I had all the paperwork ready and and wouldn't you know.....the manager loses it! Then I get the blame for it! Some guy named Nick, who looks like the Incredible Hulk had the audacity to call me and ask for payment! Wow! And I of course, in "Typical Tucson" fashion, I get the blame for it all! Does anyone in this town know what accountability is? Sheesh!!!!!!!!

Went in for a dryer was in and out in less then 30 minutes, application was about 5-10 minutes. Getting my new dryer 2 days later. The process was quick and easy thanks. ?

Good customer service variety of furniture. Been a customer for 2.5 years. Now in all honesty, I paid a ton more for easy credit acceptance for my bed and rug. So easy credit is what you want go to Aaron's.multiply monthly payment times length of time.

I called to inquire about some bed rentals. When I asked for basic pricing, the young lady over the phone would not provide me with details. She wanted me to come in but I just wanted basic info. When I clarified that I had great credit (over 800) she still refused to give me basic pricing info stating I needed to clarify what I wanted. When I stated again that I was looking to rent some beds, she raised her voice and told me to take my business elsewhere. Indeed I shall and I hope others would think twice about renting from here. When I called back to share my story with the manager, Jesse, he stated he would try to help me but never called back.

This company is horrible. I called to get a deferment on my payment due to being sick for a week out of work for a week. So they said ill call you back. I never got a call back. Come to find out i have to sign a paper for that. No one ever told me that. N they're making me look like the bad person. I always make my payment. No communication. When i brought it up to Jesse at the Irvington location. He had nothing to say. Im jsut pay off my tv and never rent there. Nothing but lies.and they try to ignore you situation. Smfh. So unprofessional.
