My car's AC stopped working just as the temps hit the 100's In Tucson a week ago. This shop was awesome. They had the repair completed in just over 24 hours and Brian was very helpful in the process! The cost was very reasonable based on the research I had done online. I'll be back for regular maintenance needs--and the unexpected ones.

The experience here is like going to a trusted mom & pop garage. Kevin gave me honest guidance that helped me make some good choices for my service in general, but especially for necessary tire replacements that cost less, helped my Jeep ride better, and still make it look sweet as hell, even better than the originals did! Also, as a woman I have to say it is very welcome and refreshing to encounter absolutely no condescending attitudes here. Thanks AAA guys :)

I’ve landed here a few times from vehicles breaking down. I can’t say that I always liked the news they gave me, but they were honest. Sometimes I think the price can be a little more competitive elsewhere, but I will say this, if your vehicle is being towed and you don’t know where to go, this place is a decent spot to land.
They are also very fast at the repairs.

AAA Tucson Marana Auto Repair Center (AAATMARC) has again done an outstanding job of diagnosing problems with our vehicles and repairing them efficiently. We have had bad experiences in the past with other repair centers, so I think we will make AAATMARC our must-use choice for all things automotive.

Kevin was absolutely spot on! Prompt, courteous and the price, reasonable. I had a window regulator replaced at $100 cheaper than the 3 other shops I called. Pick up service was an added bonus. Highly recommend this shop. Thanks Kevin.

I had a radiator problem with my truck and these guys had some good reviews compared to other places in the area. Keven the service Manager was friendly and helpful. They diagnosed my truck and even competed the work a day early. I would recommend this shop, and I will be going back to this shop.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My daughter hit a tire remnant in the construction zone on I-10. Our insurance company said to take it to Caliber Collision after we had towed it elsewhere so we arranged to have it transferred at least an hour prior to closing. From the start, they did not appear to want our business as Meg said it has to arrive to the premises prior to 5:30 PM, and I had the tow truck picking up my car to move it .4 miles to get to Caliber Collision at 4:30 PM, because there is no drop box and could do nothing if it was to be stolen. Needless to say we had it there at 4:45 PM and we were not helped with the vehicle claim until 5:25 PM and we're there until 5:40 PM, so I hope Meg gets well soon. Needless to say as far as fixing the car. They ordered the wrong bumper for our car twice and finally got it right on the third time but had to paint it to match so that took an extra week in the process. When we did get our vehicle back we drove it home and parked it all weekend because they did not find the oil leak that caused the tow in the first place. On Monday we returned the rental car at the airport and began to head home when the shield that they had replaced dropped off the front of the car at 65 mph. Needless to say we pulled off the highway, called Caliber spoke to Corey who said he'd order a new part but for us to go to the closer location at Palo Verde to speak with Patrick so they could reattach it. He said he would text Patrick to let him know. Needless to say he did not do that; however, Patrick was amazing and fixed it by sliding it into place and adding the proper clips which were not on the vehicle if ever placed there originally. We were also told that they would call us in a few days when the new part arrived. A week later we called them and spoke to Jessica, our original service advisor, whom knew nothing about any of this and sent the part back to have to re order it AGAIN - sounds like the bumper all over again BECAUSE it has two parts needed for this vehicle and they had to order the other part YESTERDAY. So now we await arrival of the other part needed. Hopefully, they start communicating and try to figure out what the other person is doing so they get the satisfaction from the customer. In the meantime go elsewhere if you can or you will be in the same situation. The only positive thing I can say is it was only a month turnaround timeframe. AND an extra week due to the shield issue. They did also fix the alignment that was said to be fixed originally too.
