There's a person there by the name of Dotty's always very helpful very cheerful and always willing to help me with any of my situations I've had in the past always calling me taking my payments over the phone and keeping me updated on my storages does a great job. I'm there because of her and the services she provides with family storages.

Super easy to get signed up. Dottie was friendly and efficient and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the location and fees. The facility is nice and clean every time I visit. ?

Good customer service and positive attitudes are hard to come by these days. I was very pleased with the help I received from Britton when renting my unit. The area is clean and seems to be very secure.

I chose this company based off the reviews. I will say the moment I got there it wasn't an easy transition. I got the run around so many times when it came to getting signed up. The only reason I stayed was because of the location and I had to be out of my home ASAP!!! If you are a family looking for temporary storage do not use this company. I signed up for automatic debit and of course it wasn't done and you will get hit with fees. They weren't crazy rude but they don't care about their customers at all. So if you are reading this review my best advice is to look else where!

Nicole is extremely rude and inept and should not be allowed to interface with customers. I will be contacting corporate offices regarding the management at this location- they are losing me and my families business. Where do they find these people?
