I rented a unit for several years as this location was convenient at the time. Upon vacating, office manager Comfort went over and beyond for customer service to help me get the unit cleaned before my next billing cycle so I wouldn't be charged another month.

I wanted a location closer to my home, but they didn't have the size I needed available. I am so glad I ended up at the Valencia location. The staff, especially Comfort, are always professional and very helpful. I've had a unit there for almost a year now. It is clean and neat, easy to get in and out, and the unit is nice.

I really appreciate the customer service at Valencia A Family Storage! I am taking over my elderly mom's bills and they always do a courtesy reminder if I forget to pay her storage. They are careful about security and called me when she locked her storage incorrectly. The manager is super nice and extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to help you.

ATTENTION GRABBING !!!YOU CANT ALWAYS BELIVE WHAT YOU READ ,THIS IS MY OPINION based on my experience, This particular, facility is fantastic , the manager is great about accommodating my individual needs , I work wild hours long hours , on top of the stress of moving, packing all of our belongings up moving them to a unit for the time being is frustrating enough on its own , but this manager has been amazing about allowing me to come in after hours,( once in awhile) as long as I call in first , in the beginning I was, just for lack of better word ,kind of sneaking or intruding my way in after hours , dropping off or picking up ,and then leaving ,He called me on it immediately ,and on a few other infractions,that the manager was patient with, when he didn't have to be ,when he confronted me it was not in a confrontational or Superior way but just a matter of fact these are the rules there black and white ,and then accommodated my specific needs, it showed me right there that this facility has a manager that cares about each and every individual customer ,The price is also Fair ,competitive for the Tucson area ,it's very clean, well cut ,I have never had any issues with security ,or with any of my belonging being tampered with ,I trust that when I leave my unit I will return to it in the exact same condition with all my belongings intact exactly where I left them, I was reading a few other reviews and I can't believe that they are speaking about the same place that I've been a patron at for a few months now at I have not seen any of the complaints that I have read about all in all I gave it five stars and I will be recommending this storage facility to anybody who asks my opinion

The manager is a bully. We've had 2 units for 8 years. Since new guy started it's been a hassle. He threatens and bullies. Over every little thing. If he isn't harassing, he drives by on his golf cart multiple times. This morning, we went to check on items. Right away here he comes on his golf cart to bully and harass. Every single time. Moving both units. Place is looking pretty empty, so I'm sure we're not the only ones.

They are having an issue with RV break ins and the current manager doesn't seem to care . In the last year our RV along with .any others were either broken into or damaged due to attempted break ins.

I would NEVER rent from A Family Storage AGAIN. The management of this place had to open my unit so a friend could get his truck out of it, they opened it my friend took pics. Of everything wen it was opened figured out what needed to be done to get truck out, went back the next day and most everything in the unit but the truck was stolen. He asked the manager about the missing items he was told to not worry about it get his truck and get out. At this time A Family has had no response to the missing items other then a letter terminating my lease.
