It’s gotten worse. Lots of bums hanging around. They put a police video surveillance on site.
Customer service isn’t there.
Even more bad vibes.

I got gas. Which cost me more than it does in safford. Generally it's the other way around. Didn't purchase anything to eat or drink because I didn't care for the limited selection. And the prices are ridiculous. But it's a convenient store and that's expected. Thanks for the gas

The employees aren’t the brightest, nor the most customer service oriented. I purchased a 24 pack of red bull through Uber eats at an incredibly low price. Likely because it was a seasonal product, and was being phased out. Upon pickup, the employees tried to give me a single can. They are so incompetent that they wouldn’t take my receipt, the product listing, or any other concrete evidence that I purchased and paid for a 24 pack. I then had to wait at the counter for 30 minutes for them to cancel my order. I eventually left without ever receiving a refund or an apology. I doubt they have the mental capacity to understand the laws regarding pricing accuracy, so I will let the department of agriculture explain that to them when they get audited as a result of my complaint.

This location is my favorite 7-11 location. It is convenient and always have my favorite items in stock, every employee has great customer service skills.

I always have a good experience when I frequent this place. The employees here treat me with respect and are very friendly. I have joined the rewards program in the 7-Eleven app to accumulate points every time I shop here. It is in my neighborhood and I like how close it is to my house. A great thing about this 7-Eleven store is that they have a section with Slurpee merchandise that includes playing cards, t-shirts, hats and other various brightly-colored little trinkets and such. This 7-eleven also sells the POP Funko figurines which is kind of neat.

Went into this 7-eleven, was not pleased, music was extremely loud, floors were sticky and gross, fountain machine was a mess. The store at broadway and Kolb is much nicer and a lot cleaner....

Non-responsive management and ownership allows non-customer vagrants to panhandle and intimidate customers even in broad daylight making this a place I will never shop. Maybe if they would at least contact the city and let him know what a problem it is they get a better result as nobody cares when I call about this let alone the illegal begging on the median in front of the store Swan and Broadway that has not been allowed in Tucson and Pima county since 2016 and police will do nothing about it

Honesty still exists.I went to the store to use the ATM and it didn't give me the cash. I left the store, 30 minutes with out Cash. Later called the store and spoke with a workernamed Louis who found my cash scattered down the ATM machin untouched .
