I made a 60 minute round-trip drive on a Saturday afternoon to the retail store to return 2 online items. When I told them I had returns the manager immediately told me I couldn't return these items because they were Closeout items- just based on looking at two shirts in the box and looking at colors- he didn't scan anything. After driving 30 minutes home, I was able to start a return online and print UPS mailing labels. I'm not happy about the low effort made to recieve the returns.

Very pleased with the selection of tactical pants. Store clerk was very helpful in identifying the right style needed and size. Love that there is a store available to shop in rather than just ordering on line!

Excellent place for tactical pants/shirts/hats, etc. Clerk was very patient, as I asked him dumb questions on purpose.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I love there products they last a very long time and still look good and feel comfortable. The prices have gotten higher with this inflation but the product is worth it.
