Great customer service. We came in with our babies and they were very helpful, had multiple employees check in on us throughout our visit to make sure if we had stuff in our hands they held it upfront for us since we were also both carrying a kiddo. Very very great experience and will definitely be back. Also would like to add out of all the antique shops in the area, I feel the prices at this one were the best.

I just moved to Texas recently, Man do I miss this store so much! Noting like it honestly, I have so many memories of this store as a child with friends and family and its very much haunted up stairs loveee it!

I was sold a FAKE Louis Vuitton handbag from here. Their list price was for $355, but had a sale going so I purchased it. I tried to have it authenticated and told it is a fake. I contacted the store and asked for a manager. The lady told me that if it's a fake then the booth doesn't care what i do with it, keep it and just dispute the charge, and then I was hung up on. I understand that it is not the mall's responsibility to know if it's fake, but if it is brought to their attention then they are ultimately the ones who processed the illegal sale and should have remedied the situation. The customer service is appalling. I will be taking action in regards to this ongoing issue.
**I filed a police report and disputes the charge. The TPD confirmed it is against the law to knowingly or unknowingly sell counterfeit merchandise. Submitted report to my bank and got a full refund. The 22nd antique mall sent a letter saying 'it is the customers fault for having buyer's remorse' WOW!!!
