Terribly slow unloading, then lumper fee, and waiting again, over 5 hours from checking in until I could leave.

From a previous post I agree with. This Facility absolutely sucks. You check in with their drama and sit at the staging area for at least 2 hours. Then you sit at the dock for at least 2 to 4 hours.
