“Everyone was courteous and Professional. Yes they are alittle slow but I needed an 8hr Break and it worked out great. I was also carrying multiple orders and that in itself causes delays. Overall, good! Will return.”
“Not bad. Check in 2 hours before appt. May have to check in at kiosk or using the Freight Smith app. Said their system was down today so used the app. Got a call for a door at 5am for my 06:30 appt. Parking lot fills up completely at night so be careful not to get in where you can't get out of.. Nice guys overall.”
“If you know what to do here it's a good place to unload.Pull in and back into docks 9 through 21 and take paperwork to receiving (Door beside dock 8) they usually start around 2:30 am Tell them your Door# as well as your phone number.The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because of the amount the lumpers charge.”
