If you see your package is heading here, contact the sender. Chances are its going to get stolen. Neither company will take responsibility and UPS directs your call somewhere outsourced where they use fake names.

I'd give this a 0 if I could, my package has been sitting at the facility for days. When you pay for shipping they shouldn't be allowed to try and shift the blame to the postal service

Same as everyone else here. My shipments have been delayed 2 weeks or more and a current shipment has just disappeared in their system. When I check tracking daily, it says the shipment will arrive by 7 pm tonight, then it never shows.

My package has been stuck on being delivered to local post office since December 16th and same as everyone else UPS and USPS won’t do anything or take responsibility. Ridiculous and disgusting that this theft is being allowed.

Same story as every other reviewer. My package was received at the facility on December 9 and hasn't moved at all. UPS won't take responsibility and since USPS hasn't received the item they won't take responsibility. In the meantime, my package is either sitting in a corner or is listed on eBay.

Much like everyone else leaving reviews here I wish I could give zero stars. My package has had no tracking update since 11/04/23 and says that it has been dispatched to the Post Office for final delivery. USPS has not received my package and I am now left with no answers as to where it is as UPS does not take responsibility. How is this place still in business?

They reeaalllly screwed things up.UPS Needs to reconsider using it ("UPS" Mail Innovations IS HURTING UPS's Reputation) — Look at the looong list of Horrible reviews."UPS Mail Innovations" <—— is none of those words.They Do Not Have It Together — Are Not Organized — Are Impossible to Contact — Should be Avoided.CUSTOMERS who deal with UPS, you have the right to insist that your shipment Not-Go-Through UPS Mail Innovations (apparently, not a UPS entity - a contract with a disorganized company which apparently treats its employees as poorly as it does its packages). Steer Clear!

I have the same issue as most other's in this review thread. UPS Mail Innovations claim to have delivered my package to USPS, but I call them and they said they never received and physically scanned my package. This location (Tolleson, AZ) definitely need to monitor the criminal activity amongst it's employees. They are scanning packages as delivered to USPS and keeping them for themselves or to sell on the streets.
