Update: I’d like to express my gratitude to Andrew and the staff for their professionalism and prompt service to fix the issue my car was experiencing. They also offered a loaner car. Andrew, was communicative, professional and courteous. Once my vehicle was ready to be picked up, I noticed my side view mirror was broken. He took care of that at no charge to me. I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication to your valued customers. I will definitely recommend their business to European car owners. Service was 10 out of 10. —— This was after I had taken my car in for a check engine light and diagnostic. I was charged 250.00 for the diagnostic fee only to walk out of the shop with no concrete answers. I was told if they couldn’t find or fix the problem that I wouldn’t have to pay but ended up being charged. ——- Andrew was then made aware of his staff providing less than excellent customer service and he certainly made things right after this incident by following up and asking for an opportunity to do the diagnostic again, he found the issue and fixed it at a reasonable cost and went the extra mile by providing a loaner after the previous experience and then had our car ready to go in a timely manner. We will definitely stay loyal customers.

My car broke 2 days after I purchased it. The place I originally had it towed to could not fix the issue. I called Andrew (very professional gentleman), and he was able to help me in my panicked state. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and efficiently. They even gave me a courtesy vehicle, so I wasn't stuck careless. Awesome, friendly experience. I will definitely be taking my car back for future services.

I was referred to this company by my brother in law. I am completely satisfied with the prompt service I received. The cost was fair and I didn’t feel like I was being sold additional things for the car I didn’t need. I will be returning for future service on our BMW.

I have an Audi Q5 and I needed to get to a repair shop that really knew how to fix my car. I ran up on Ultimate European Car Repair and was very pleased with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, I received great customer service, they had a loaner car available to use while my car was in for a repair, (which is great because that’s half the battle of having to go and rent a vehicle), and when they did my diagnostic, they really took the time to explain everything to me and even provided photos of what they saw under the hood. That immediately helped me build trust with them. So even with just those few things alone I was very pleased with the type of service I received at this repair shop. I will definitely be back if the circumstance arises.

I normally do all my repairs and service on my Audi Q7 myself so pretty mechanically inclined. I took my car to Ultimate European Auto because I wanted someone who specialize in European German cars to give me an honest assessment of my vehicle within 24 hours I received an assessment and an estimate on the repairs And was extremely happy with the outcome of their service. Greg was my service advisor and he kept me informed all the way through the service and repairs. It’s nice to know that there is honest, hard-working repair shot with integrity as the cornerstone of their business great job guys, hope to not come back to see you, but if I do, I know I’m in good hands

Kenneth the coordinator/concierge is a pretty good guy. He is knowledgeable and professional, and does a great job keeping you informed. My repairs are always done quicker than expected. I went through a couple other options before my wife convinced me to contact them and they were both costly mistakes. I highly recommend them.
