“This store is great. They have tables, snacks, comfy hobby chairs, lots of space, bathrooms, etc. They're next to a Jamaican restaurant/bar and a barber. They're also open 6 days of the week and have late night Fridays. The employees are some solid dudes and the store atmosphere is terrific. I'd say the only hit I can give is that they sell some things for MSRP if you're looking to save a few bucks, but they help mitigate that through a rewards system. Solid store.”
“If you are looking at getting in RC cars or crawlers or anything RC, drop the tablet and get down here! The folks here can help you get started and support you during the learning curve. They sell quality items at a good price and if you don't see it, they can get it for you.Come down, meet some fellow RC folk and get yourself situated at the best RC shop in Arizona.”
“Enjoy shopping here and would consider it for others looking for affordable Legos. When I go I enjoy seeing what new things they have built and put on display for show or to buy.”
“Had a bad experience with what turned out to be a brand new junk motor. Danny took the time to look into and try new solder. Nothing worked until we swapped in a new motor and all is well. Both Slash's that we bought here are up and running and we also walked out with a new 8ight XE!! Thanks for the help Danny and Mike!! Duncan's is the place to go to if ya need it now!”
“Really awesome place to look for vintage collectibles, especially if you’re looking for Star Wars stuff. The gentleman running the store is super friendly too! We plan to come here regularly for cool finds :-)”

Today I picked up 2 beautiful puzzles and a handmade apron. The shop is always fun to browse through. They have so many great gift ideas. Now that I moved to Glendale, I'm going to encourage my neighbors to check out this amazing store!”

“I just discovered this little store and it was a great visit! All of their merchandise was in excellent condition, the prices were incredible, and the customer service was excellent. I would recommend this business to anyone with a young family looking for clean, quality items at a good price. I'm definitely going back!”

“Love this place. Tri Force is more than just a video game store, they carry both new and pre-owned collectibles, t-shirts, video games, music, movies, Lego box sets, action figures, stuffed animals, cards, cups, mugs hats and more. On my most recent trip into Tri Force I found a Yoshi T-shirt for my kid old for only $5, what a score! This t-shirt was priced about the same as a good will thrift store and I didn't have to scour racks and racks of uninteresting tshirts to find the gem, and everything here is a gem if you're into video game themed collectibles. My favorite part about this shop is the back room, they have about four arcade games that are open for free play. My son and I love coming in to play Mario, ninja turtles, and Mrs. Pac-Man, and all for the low price of $0. It's the free arcade games that get me through the door and the reasonably priced collectibles and games here that get me to spend my money.”
“This place is a cool hang out to play board games and such. Ready player 1 games is attached as well. Some cool vintage arcade games and owner has a thing for pinball. Some of the newest stern pinball games. My brother turned me on to this place and I stop in and throw a few bucks in some pinball. Not super packed, and everyone is mellow”
“I had an amazing experience coming to Retro Exchange yesterday with my girlfriend, they made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The manager was very helpful and just an awesome person to talk to about comics movies etc. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future and if you’ve been looking for that community feeling in a Comic/Collectable shop this is the place to go. The crew members were also very respectful and friendly, my girlfriend bought a comic and two custom prints and I turned in some action figures and put couple on hold as well. Just an amazing experience all around.”
“I'm leaving this review for my husband who keeps procrastinating on leaving one himself. I didn't get the names of the gentleman who helped us but they were extremely helpful and accommodating. They really went above and beyond on customer service and helped my husband acquire a spare Nintendo 64 controller that for some reason he was having a hard time finding (idk anything about video games or systems). There were a lot of really cute collectible items and vintage games and toys. Would definitely recommend and will visit again with my kids next time ☺️.”
“Gabriel was a cool guy. I came in at 11am today to trade in 3 Nintendo Switch games for cash. It's been almost 3 years since being here due to COVID19 shutting down places when it started. I last came here in Halloween 2019 when Luigi's Mansion 3 released that same day. Now that places are opening back up, I'm considering coming back here. Left the store with $52 in cash for my games, would've been $65 if I wanted store credit. I use to have a Gamestop membership before, which I canceled due to inflation making everything expensive. I may consider re-registering for Gamestop membership again one day. But, oh well. All in all, big shoutout to Gabriel, he provided great service and a pleasant attitude during my visit. I appreciate you, Gabriel.”
“This store is located in the back parking lot. This place sells just about everything for your party needs. From birthdays, baby showers, to anniversary. This store sells piñatas, candy, chips, balloons, decorations, and so much more. This store has mostly Mexican products and decorations and not a lot of Latino or Central American products and decorations sold here. The lines can be long at times.”
“Good place to get trading cards . They seem to charge about 2-3 dollars more than online but I assume it’s because of convenience of it being in person no shipping needed. Wish the skinny guy a was a bit more idk understanding? Came off as annoyed when I tried to talk to him though he was sorting something.”
“Took my four grandson's ages 4 to 10 years old. I gave them $5.00 each, and I enjoyed seeing them having a blast pulling their wheeled baskets around the store and looking for toys, candy, and other small priced items to get a variety of items for their $5.00. I paid the tax on their purchases. That same hour would have cost me a lot more than going to an arcade, plus they all went home with prizes.
The store is clean and not cluttered like other discount stores.”
