For the record, I was delivering Dry Grocery_ not reefer. I don't know if there are multiple companies here. I was delivering for Kroger. Appointment time 07:30 am. Checked in 06:30 am. Got into dock at 7:10 am. Got paperwork by 11:15 amBoth the front guard and the receiving office employees were rude as other people commented too, but I wasn't expecting to meet my family here_ who cares about them as long as they unload me quickly. That's why I give 3 stars.

Usual wait time ,this one was 11 hours!!! Ridiculous , no respect for drivers and trucking companies...detention is getting worse...Frys/Kroger needs to be held responsible...go shop Albertsons!

Had an 8am appointment. Was on time but still told to wait for a call to get a door. It’s been over 4 hours now and still waiting.. already cost me a $1600 load but they don’t care. What’s the point of making an appointment? This place is awful!
