Terrible place, first and last time I go, I was there from 7 am to 9 am, they gave me the door at 1 pm, they unloaded and at 2:30 pm they gave me papers ?

I arrived at 7.00 and now at 10.25 they still haven’t started unloading. If you come here, tell the dispatcher not to take the next load, otherwise they will be stupidly cancelled.

Be prepared to spend the day here appointment was at 7:00 checked in at 7:00 they assigned me a door that already had someone in it so that was another hour I had to wait then when I got to the door I had to wait 4 hours for them to unload me and then you have to wait an hour or more just to get your paperwork

I waited 7 hour then Appointment cancelled and asked to come back Monday morning (3 DAYS later)
If you come here, check in the day before
your appointment time.

Be prepared to wait forever 2 hours to get dock then 4 hours to unload 1 hour to get paperwork

It's a cluster getting in! Same old story, pay lumper, wait for paperwork.
Checking in needs work, have Park along Street, but all the drivers are parked, on both side of the street making it tight to get in.

The reviews helped me go to the correct gate on 79th. I arrived the night before for a 6am appointment. I was able to park on the left side of the street. I walked up to check in with guard at 4:50am because they don't arrive until 5am and I knew there would already be a line of others. I got my door within 10 minutes of checking in and was unloaded rather quickly. The lumper fee was $505 and they had me move out of the door and into center area to wait on my bills. I was out of there by 8am. Having an early appointment probably helped a lot because I understand this place gets backed up.
