Appointment was at 10am got here at 7am and was offloaded by 8:30am. Sometimes you just have to speak to the right person to get offloaded because the first person and the security told us no.

Slow delivery,not take on time, no washroom

Slow unloading process, they only live unload truck one at a time. Check in at the guard shack on 86th Ave, they'll assign you a dock, go back on Buckeye to the other side of the building.

Everyone is super nice. Checked in 830 for 900 app. Got a door immediately, they do make you wait in the office but there’s a restroom and proper chairs. I was unloaded in 20 min. The gate is on 86th at the end of the culdesac on your left. There’s some street parking but it’s posted no parking, there were numerous trucks parked in the street. 08/2023.

Don't turn at CTDI driveway that takes u to their docks. There is a side street before you get there if you are coming from the direction of the QT. Appointment was at 8 checked in at 0715 and toke about 30 mins to unload. The female guard on duty was nice and helpful.

Driver beware: I supposedly had an 8am appointment. I arrived at 7:30. There I got told that we were double booked for 5am & 8am, so their response was to cancel both appointments. The mistake was most likely someone put 5am, realized what they did, and then did the 8am. Then they forgot to delete the 5am. No telling who made the mistake. But instead of verifying, they simply cancelled both! This is incompetence at its finest! Don't take a load here unless you enjoy sitting in Phoenix for a few days!An update: I got rescheduled for 5am the next morning. I pulled in at 4:45 and was immediately assigned a dock. After backing into the dock, you have to sit in their waiting room while they unload you. It's winter and quite comfortable in Phoenix. The waiting room was amazingly stuffy. The chairs are not comfortable. They had me unloaded at 6:15. If it hadn't been for the nightmare on day one, they would get 2-3 stars.

The place to work at!! Super friendly staff and Co workers. The boss and supervisors are very understanding and work with you if anything ever comes up and you have to miss work..

Not a bad experience. Fast loading. Shipping opens at 3:00 pm. Don't believe the brokers that set appointments before that time.
