If i could i would leave 0 stars as their tech support has zero customer service skills i have called 3 times left a message each time and no one has bothered to call me back do not buy skp parts

don’t waste your money the parts will fail and they won’t stand behind them and will tell you it’s your problem to deal with. Andy confirmed this when he told me they don’t care about the customer service they offer or the issues you have.

This place has no way of Identifying what it is no sign or anything. I was delivering to this place and wLked around for 35 minutes trying to find it. Spend some money on a sign !!!!!!!

I see reviews - the speculations of those who have not used the company's product. I see that the company's pricing policy is adequate. The company can compete with Chinese production. She has a simple website. She spends little on advertising. This means there is an opportunity to make the product cheaper. I will give this company 5 stars in advance.

This company does not back up their warranty on the parts they manufacturer/sell. They want to send you through a complicated process making it near impossible to get any part warrantied. I highly recommend to stay clear of any parts from this company as if any warranty is needed you will likely never have it honored. I also question the legitimacy of this company as it sounds when speaking to multiple people they are a tiny group of unprofessional individuals. Even in the way they answer the phone makes me question the legitimacy of them.
