“Had no expectations when arriving this morning, needed an oil change and my usual go to place changed hands and was not trust worthy anymore. This place was close to my house and I went fairly close to their opening time to see if I can get in without an appointment or before they got busy. Met Carlos, who seems very genuine and honest. Hard to find sometimes in the mechanic industry. He was very professional and you can watch everything he does because of how the waiting room is positioned. It was $95 for full synthetic which is comparable to other oil change businesses. Glad to have found this gem. Thanks Carlos!”
“I rarely make reviews but I needed to for this. My first time here was about a month ago when my car broke down, had it towed here after hours and they were still able to call me the next day get the parts and repairs done in an affordable and efficient way. I also had an oil change scheduled today and there was an issue with how the appointment showed up in the system, they still managed to fix the issue and get my car done early than expected. I would recommend this shop to anyone!”
“I was very impressed with the service I received today. I pulled up to the bay explained I needed an oil change and I had my own oil and filter. The technician said not a problem and took care of it quick.
All the technicians were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place. I originally was going to take my truck for the oil change to Firestone and decide at the last minute to take it to Valvoline and I’m glad I did. I’m sure i would have waited a few hrs. Great job guys, thank you!!”

“After taking my 2012 Dodge Challenger to 3 different shops spending $1,000's & $1,000's with wrong diagnosis & unnecessary repairs I found P & J's. Found out the rings were bad etc so had engine rebuilt. They did an awesome job at a reasonable price, having it ready within a week. Also giving us a nice loaner vehicle to drive while car was in shop. They had no problem rechecking or reparing anything that might go wrong with they're guarantee. They are the most friendliest, honest, family owned auto care shop I've ever been to. Not like those other shops that try to sell you something you don't need at HIGH rates! They treated me like family & keeping me informed on the status of my car. I recommend anyone that has car trouble big or small to go check them out first you won't be sorry!!!”
“Mike best mechanic. I haven’t written a review in awhile You can trust him. He won’t work on your car unless he looks at it or drives your vehicle. . I own a 2001 nissan Altima. He made my car run great.Drove it out of town. My daughter own 1998 Nissan Altima. Mike was honest. Said this car not fixable. By the time you fix this all the money you put into it. You can get a brand new car better.
Trust me Mike a good mechanic. I wouldn’t trust anyone but him. I would refer him anyone has car problems.

“I called this location prior to making an appointment and explained to the gentleman that answered the phone what I was needing. I also told him about the prices other shops had quoted me. He said that seemed a little high and that I might not need all that work. He invited me in for a free break inspection, so I made an appt. I arrived for my appt and it took roughly an hour as they were quite busy. When the guy called me up to the counter to show me my estimate, I was expecting an outrageous price(due to past dealings with auto shops). Imagine my surprise when it was way lower than anticipated. They did not try to upsell me or tack on any extra work. These guys are straightforward and very honest. 10/10 would recommend and do business with again”
“My car needed motor mounts and thought my pulleys were bad called the shop got me in almost same day and squeezed me in their tight schedule and when I got there don personally showed me my problems and told me that my pulleys and belt were fine and had my car running sounding good in hours definitely recommend this shop to anybody that needs service/repair for a good price ?”

“I’m going to be honest I wouldn’t go to there Glendale location was told as long I made it by 345pm I will be serviced and go there waited over a hour just to be told had to wait till the following Monday but then I called the number on business card and the brother at west phoenix location was very welcoming and pleasant”

“Came here in a hurry because 2 of my tires were very worn down. i was in a bit of a sticky situation financially and told the manager i needed 2 tires. i had previously went to other tire shops and they wouldn't/ couldn't help me. when i called west coast tires they told me they could help me and work with my budget.and also look at some other things on my car. at first i was cautious due to the likelihood of women getting screwed over at places like this, but i still listened. he educated me about how cars work and why my tires were getting the way they were, and after this amazing team fixed my tires, they also threw in a tire patch for free due to my previous tire patch on my rear wheel, coming apart. i was so greatful for this. he told me that there was a lot of work needed done on my car (which is something i already knew due to the fact that my boyfriend is a mechanic.) but he let me know, that even though it's a lot of work, they would work with me financially given my budget, and situation :) i'm so happy that i was able to go to them and have them help me with my car! i definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any car repairs! they also offer financing, no credit needed! definitely check them out:)”

“Quick and did only what I asked. Was worried we'd get the run around, or told to just buy a new tire. I only needed a tire stem my tires are fine. I asked him for the stem, he applied it aired up the tire and sent me on my way. No hassle no up sell. Didn't even try to give me some crazy service charge. It was so quick I don't even know the guys name who helped. ?. All this at 8pm. Om very greatful.”

“Had tire rotation on my expedition platinum. The guy was afraid to lift the vehicle for fear of damaging my premium air suspension. He did homework to make sure he lifted properly and kept me involved. I was impressed with his desire to do job properly .”
