He did a phenomenal job helping us create our layout ensure we had great plants to enjoy. We did have some concerns arise due to transplant shock and LP came out to evaluate the plants and provide some guidance on how to help the plants going through shock so that they remain the quality specimens we purchased. He was very knowledgeable and provided some great education for us. Additionally, we made another purchase through Andy and again, received great service and information as we continue to build our oasis, The entire team at Moon Valley Avondale has been courteous and helpful while also making clear efforts to take care of us as customers.”

“Purchased mini fridge, while opening the box we noticed the handle was dented in 2 different spots. So we called in , spoke to the manager (I believe) on the phone , and headed over. Once I got there , the ladies at customer service were all very helpful, but the manager was AMAZING! She handled everything perfectly!!!
