“We just moved her to Phoenix and we needed a new bed. Nicole the store manager was the most helpful person I have ever come across. We went to two other Mattress Firms and the salesman were all really nice and would try and help you out, but Nicole went out of her way to help us out. When it came down to seeing if we qualify, during the application process, Nicole adjusted the bed for us and put in the most relaxed setting and gave us the time to go over our options. We were practically falling asleep while doing the application and that’s when we knew we were convinced on getting the bed. We purchased it there and then and even after all of that, Nicole went out of her way to help with delivery fees and adjust the price to help accommodate our needs. We have made up our minds on coming back in the next few weeks and getting a second one for our guest bedroom. Overall great experience!”
