I picked up a bed frame from the warehouse that they did not have the store. I wish the store would have provided me with the same service that I received from the warehouse.

The guys here are excellent at what they do; I drove here as a customer (on two occasions) to pick up several large and small items that I paid for prior (at the McDowell store and online), and every time they were absolutely professional, courteous, and had my items ready to be picked up and loaded into my vehicle.
