I have been shopping at kohls forever and it seems lately that the choices have slimmed down and the prices keep going up. I went for a simple outfit of a summer dress or adult length shorts and shirt and was so disappointed that I couldn’t find anything. Everything is unorganized and the sizes seem to be only small or med. I’m not a huge sized woman but I am an adult with some body. I am about to close my cc with them and just shop at Walmart cuz at least they have options. Bad job KHOLS

I just want to say that Manny is a very good manager, his customer service is excellent. He made me feel so special. He took the time to listen to my issue and help me with it. We don’t have people like that anymore. People have lost their compassion. Thank you for being such a great person and manager because of you, my vacation will be better in Mexico.
Kohl’s Should be happy to have such a good manager, like you.

I was shopping at Kohl’s for a bed topper as the assistant manager was helping me she smiled and greeted me and I told her what a horrible experience. I had a JCPenney and how I tried shopping for the same item, but the experience was horrible and I ended up at Kohl’s and what a big difference she had made on the whole experience as I was at Kohl’s. I shop for some make up at Sephora they had a 10% off which I had already purchased my items. She went back and gave me the 10% off of the make up, she just went above and beyond to make me satisfied I love Kohl’s and I will forever be a customer is The little things that matter

Don't bother getting gift cards here, they have a no return policy which is one thing, but mines was a faulty card that they apparently couldn't do anything about leaving me out of $50, as an already struggling college student I don't take losing $50 lightly.
