I asked Omar from the customer service desk if he knew if they’d gotten the item yet and he went above and beyond even checked the unopened boxes for me sitting in the bullseye area. Didn’t find the item but I appreciated his kindness and willingness to help.”

We tested the fireplace, and it heated our 20’ X 20’ living room. We would recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a high-quality TV stand with an electric fireplace.
