Fry's Fred Meyer has improved its unloading process, now often completing it within two to three hours, which is much faster than past experiences. Drivers should arrive early for a door and check in at the shack. Unloading goes pretty quick, though sometimes there is a wait for paperwork and counting pieces after immediate lumper payment. The dock is easy to back into with a lot of space. There is ample overnight parking across the street and a big yard. The process is generally smooth and respectful when drivers act respectfully. However, appointment times at all locations need to be updated to avoid confusion.

My appointment 8 pm I check in 6 pm but that told me come 9 pm again I come 8:45 pm that told me your appointment miss after I wait 24 hours after my trailer unloading so they shipper very bad behaviour I don’t come aging this shipper

Appt time was 1000 checked in at 0901. We are still setting here not in door almost 8 hours later. This place is a joke.

Worst place m wating more then 4 hours just for a paperwork and there was only 4 skids
