This discount tire shop has better customer service than the one nearest me. Angel helped me order new rims for my 2024 Tacoma. Took 2 days for the rims to arrive. Took my truck in as soon as I got the word to come in to get them installed. Angel took the tpms sensors off the oem wheels and installed on the new rims. Angel and crew hustled to get my and every other car done before closing up shop. Will recommend this discount tire shop even though they have a young crew!

Worst place to go i took my car for tire replacement they call me two hours later that they were not abble to take two tires off cause the bolts were too tight and they broke the key of the bolt lock key, they end it up stripping three bolts and i end it up taking the bolts out by myself and leave them hand tigth so they can be abble to take them off. So unprofessional if they are on the tire bussiness and not be abble to take off tigth bolts.

I took my vehicle to have my tires rotated, I drove it home and parked it. 2 days later I go out to drive it and I got a TPMS warning that my tires are off, so I check and find that they damaged the body trim flares on the side of my car when they lifted it improperly. All the tabs were completely shered off and some markings underneath. The tire pressure on the tires was way off (over inflated in the rear and under inflated in the front). So, someone messed up big time. I drove to the store and waited in line to speak to a manager, the tech said at first he wasn't available, then another tech said what he could help with, I asked for the manager again... I had been waiting for a while in line that I saw the manager casually going into the office with lunch in hand, so I said," isn't he in his office eating lunch".. tech then said that he may be. He finally went to tell him about 10 minutes later that I was there to talk to him. Caleb (manager) spoke with me and apologized for the situation and he submitted a claim, we shall see how long this process takes to get my vehicle fixed. Most likely I will not take my vehicles there again.

Will not be coming back to the Lower Buckeye Location. 3 days in a row trying to get a nail out and spare changed. Day one, no their fault, they were busy. Day 2 they completely forgot about my truck, day 3 they rushed my truck into the bay as soon as I walked in the door after my truck being there for 8 hours.
Discount is a great company, but this location seems to have some issues with catering to the jobs that don’t make them any money.
2 stars only because I got a call with an apology.

I called several times this pasted weekend 8/10/24 they kept putting on hold & NEVER got back to me ...I understand Saturdays are busy so I called back on Monday end of day & gave CHAD i believe him name is ? All the info he needed on a set of wheels I'm looking for ....and once again I heard nothing back from them !!! Very poor business for a good customer who's bought several items from them ....

I have seen Hector in store multiple times and he is always very friendly to every customer whether or not he is directly helping them that day. Today, he helped check in my vehicle for new tires & also helped my significant other with the purchase of his new tires. Exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

I get tires here for all my vehicles. Normally I've never had any complaints but it seems like the last year or so I'm usually leaving a little disappointed. First issue was them losing my center caps. They did replace them but ordered me silver ones while the originals were black. And on other occasions I've gone to get tires rotated or replaced, they usually fill up the air in all 4, but the last two times they didn't bother. And their air station is closed because it's too hot. So now one tire is a lot more inflated than the other 3. Not a deal breaker but it's the courteous thing to do and they just don't seem to do it anymore.

They seem to not know they are in a desert. This is the only location I've ever been to where they stop filling and checking tired because it's "too hot". I've been trying for 2 weeks to get them checked. Guess I'll just go old school and do them myself.

Had an appointment. Had to wait for 15 minutes to be checked in. Finally got checked in then they told me they’d need to get the people ahead of me done first. No big deal if those people had actual appointments, but those people were walk-ins. On top of the wait this location has a massive lack of seating in the waiting area. Was about 15 people waiting and only like 6 chairs. Chairs are all spread out like Covid is still a thing.
Probably will not use this location going forward. It is close to my work but I drive by about 6 other locations on my commute.
I was in for a rotation & balance on my truck which tires I bought at this location. And also a mounting/balance of a spare wheel/tire for a different vehicle I own which was in the bed of my truck. The tech waited until they were completely done & paid to tell me that the spare wheel was bent but they still mounted the tire. Like why would you continue to mount it? I would have easily said ok I’ll be back tomorrow with a different wheel. So now I paid like $30 to have a new tire mounted on a bent wheel and will likely have to waste more time & money to have it remounted. Ugh.

I had an appointment and left work early to get my tires replaced but when I got there they helped 3 other people that walked in after me so I just ended up walking out!

These guys are great ? service is awesome. Fast and very helpful ? I didn't have an appointment and I got 2 new tires in 35 minutes. I'm happy my tires were in stock . Very happy customer ?
