This store is great but what truly makes it great is the management. Juan and Adrian always working with big smiles and always willing to help out. The vacuums and towels are always on point and the dryers actually work at this location!! I would give 10 stars but it only lets me do 5.

Vacuums and air hoses work great. Workers make sure there is always dying towels. This car wash was nice and clean and there wasn't any panhandler's or solicitor's walking up to you. I would recommend anybody wash they're vehicles here.

By leaving this review, I will review at least three more Cobblestones. I’ve been using Cobblestone for a couple months now and found this franchise to be best suited for my needs. This is the first Cobblestone that I’ve been to where I felt the carwash just didn’t hit the mark- I even sprayed my car at my house before coming here because I knew she was dirty. The wash just left way too many streaks for me to go through a second time, I’ll go to another Cobblestone today to wash my car again. My trunk was still dirty with not only streaks, but dirt. I didn’t encounter any staff, however from the looks of the one guy, he seemed friendly. The guy spraying down cars before the tunnel, maybe could’ve sprayed my car a whole lot better than he had. Also, the vacuum on the ride side didn’t having sucking power, so I fed the hose through the car old school style. If the hoses had numbers I’d let you know which one it was so y'all could address it. I will be back, y'all seem to care about y'all franchise and the reviews.

The manager José helped me resolve some issues I was having with renewing my membership on the 15th, and I couldn’t be more pleased! The staff here are always so kind and respectful, and Jose went above and beyond!!

I practically threw my money away... It had a malfunction went around for the second time it started up but kept jolting twisted my side mirrors.. It was like few cars that went threw it. I said forget it , got home soap on card half rinsed what kind what gives?? How do i get my refund some called the manager but for what?? Never showing up here ...bad bad bad.

Horrible Experience. Would Never Go Back.Went to this location on 91st Ave & McDowell with a coupon I received on my email for a discount on a Carnauba Wax Wash for $10 but the barcode was dark but there was a letter code under barcode. I went to kiosk and the attendant said she couldn't scan the code and had no way of entering the letter code on the kiosk. No manager available and line started forming behind. I finally just paid for a basic wash and went thru. I contacted Cobblestone thru their website about the experience and a representative responded and asked for more info, so I replied with an explanation of the visit, a copy of my email and my receipt. After 3 weeks with no response, I just gave up which they were probably hoping would happen. There are plenty of other places to go and I will not be returning.

Love this car wash car always comes out clean. I’ve been here a many times and in those times I always see the Manager Juan out cleaning and attending to the customers needs. He is always friendly and will to help if needed!Service: Vacuuming
