It is a little tight for sleeper cabs, but it is possible. Fast and professional

My appt is at 3 am, I entered the gate at 2:30 am and checked in at 3 am and was out in 2 hrs at 5 am . Normal unloading time for most warehouses with multiple trucks at docks .
Lumper fee is very high $1200 . I’m an O/O and broker is responsible for covering it so they paid .

I mean.. like other reviews mention, parking is super tight. Arrived early 245 for a 4am appt. They started unloading me about 315am. I got lucky..told them what door i was at and that was ok w them..but a couple guys had to move to different doors. This place isnt made for a 53ft trailer but do what you gotta do. I went in second gate from the main road (nvm the trucks parked on road..they're loves overflow) i went in second gate took a right..then backed into a parking spot. Unless your good at blindsiding bcuz theres not much room for a turn around (if you come after 3am i believe the first gate is open so you could come in that way i guess. Unloading was fast enough. Gotta pay a lumper fee and your out. I cant say if theres overnight parking or not. I didnt see any security but a bunch of empty doors when i got here so i cant say yea or nay. The loves is actually right across the road..but it looks like a small one so you best get there early if you wanna ov night. Overall..could be better..but could be a whole lot worse. I changed my star rating from 3 to 4 ..only because the guy in shipping was cool and professional. I get along w everyone so if you have a good attitude it should come back the same. In a perfect world 😆 🤣

10/31/24 come one hour before your appointment, and they give you the door, the office is between door 7 and 8, put your phone number on the bill,,,to pay lumper cash, or checks,,they do not have a Link the The delay is because they check the merchandise, I bring cigarettes, they speak Spanish and they help you, they are very busy, and apparently there is a lack of personnel on the forklifts, if the merchandise is damaged, only the box is returned..

Do not be late! 3 hrs late $500 late fee + $200 lumper. Won’t tell you until done unloading.

If you use a lumper service go to the truck stop across the street and get a com check.

Pulled in- went to the office got a door immediately. This is a self unload facility- but you have the option to pay a lumper. Probably why the fees are insane. Very small and tight to dock.

Just so you know don't come at 0230 like past reviews say. Gate opens at 3 then pull in and park on side. Go to receiving door. And get door assignment. I suggest parking a cple miles away if you're looking for overnight unless you're lucky and find a spot at the loves. Good luck

Those who unload you are pedantic, rude and treat the Troqueros very badly... avoid coming here... very bad place!!!!!

The dispatcher is an asshole, he takes the payment for your unloading and they lose your papers, 2 and a half hours to unload 2 pallets, excessive charges!!! $220 for 2 pallets is a mockery
