They had a seven/eight year old Behind the counter bagging up liquor for a customer. You have management at circle play please pull up the video.
I did not know it was legal for a Seven-year-old to sell liquor.
According to management here it’s not good enough to look at your ID they have to scan it into their computer system in order to sell your cigarettes because that is company policy. Yeah it is perfectly OK for a seven-year-old to sell liquor at Circle K. I guess according to management here that falls well within company policy.
Management here is terrible if that really was the real manager. According to them they cannot sell you cigarettes unless they scan your ID into their system. This also gives them every single bit of information attached to your ID now into the system of Circle K for them to sell to anybody and would not sell me cigarettes without scanning in my ID. It was not good enough to look at it the words from the manager were that they needed to scan it in or I can just go somewhere else I told her that I had no problem Handing them to her but I did not want my information scanned into their computer..
Corporate Circle K should really take a look at the video from this place when I reached in my pocket to grab my phone she threatened to call the cops if I tried to take a picture after I mentioned that I did not think it was corporate policy for a seven year old to sell liquor. These people behind the counter are the worst case scenario of what happens when you give a terrible person a little bit of authority

8:15 and the store its been closed for more than 15 min , where are the cashiers, worse service ever , CK YOUR COMPANY IS LOSING A LOT OF MONEY WITH THIS EMPLOYEES.

I am a usual customer and has always treated each employee with respect. 3/19/20 I entered to purchase gas after fixing a problem with my vehicle. an accident occurred while at the pump an gas was leaking which I realized as a hazard. so I promptly fixed the problem an while do so I was approached rudely by a male employee who threatened to call the fire department which I gladly accepted for him to do. as he returned to the store his boss proceeds out on her phone threatening to call the police as If I was intentionally causing a problem. I explained to her what was I going through as to she never even asked if I needed help in the first place. i just bought gas from them ! she proceeds to tell me I need to leave immediately as if I'm not having car problems which I express to her I'm fixing. she proceeds to call the cops and they show up. I'm no criminal so I have k reason to run but that manager is way above her head seeing how I was polite in every way and acknowledged the safety hazards. not one time did she ask if I needed help just super rude and unhelpful. she had me trespassed! which is unbelievable because I was at no time rude but since I didn't leave when she asked because of fixing my car she wanted to show her authority. my first visit inside the store she made a comment to why one of her pier managers doesn't come to work and she says (I found out take care of his sick wife) then proceeds to laugh it off as if she doesn't care and it was bs. she isnt mature for her job nor does she respect others.

Typical circle k. Out of French vanilla creamer. Store was unorganized. Cashier was responsive in refilling coffee and creamer. They were out of the most popular creamer. Please increase order amounts of French vanilla creamer. Thanks.

If I could give this a 0 star I would. The workers are lazy n the store is trash I always get bad attitude when I go from the cashiers mainly by the fat ugly one I would avoid this gas station

If you can, avoid this store. Management is lazy and rude.CSR Stephanie is the absolute worst. Terrible service. Rude. Disrespectful. Unnecessarily curses at customers.

WARNING, BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU USE A CARD HERE!!! In 2022 my spouse and I had our cards frauded "5 times" total until we found the source. In some cases, it took two days to switch our cards around so that we could pay our bills on time. We USED to come here often but found out that this was the only place our card numbers were being stolen. We spoke with management, and they brushed us off like we were garbage. Don't use cards here if you must come to this location. These people don’t care about theft. Use Love’s, QT, or Fry’s Gas down 83rd if you need gas.

Store floor dirty pumps have issues . Bathroom forget about it just drive to the nearest QT . This company has become a joke .

This is one of the most neglected Circle K stores that you will visit. At the pumps, the l tap card readers never work, you always have to insert. It's almost 2023 for christ sakes. The soda fountains are a disaster, a lot of them don't even work.
