Circle k needs to clean house at this location 100%
Always having problems with this location, most recently with the big guy with the outdated Beiber hair.. Noone knows how to do refunds or returns apparently. Simply asking for your money back is just the rudest thing I could have done today.
I never treated people like that when I worked at circle k. As a customer ive never been disrespectful to the CSRs...this Circle K location needs to hire better people AND a better manager.

Alan was beyond great but let's use corporate approved signage! Rude signs don't help your rating. And when told it's rude they say that so what I got my inspection... So it's ok to be rude when not being watched or thinking you're not being watched.

Very bad service to Hispanics, that American man... There were 3 American Ladies and it was very late at night and when my turn came he changed his attitude immediately... I asked him about a ProMotion and he said No, go to another Store here We don't have promotions on the caps and I asked him about the offers on sodas and he said, "No se Se que exterior y read the poster carefully OMG Put Hispanic People to Work Too"

Things have changed for the better at this location. When I walk in now it is CLEAN, products are stocked and the customer service is amazing. John stands out more than the rest. You can see the impact he has made here. I will go past 2 other locations just to stop here. Keep up the great work!

Today I had the privilege of having an employee named Pricilla tell me to get out of her face. She over charged me $13 for a candy bar. I asked her to fix the transaction and she clearly didn't have the training to do so. She got frustrated and told me " well I guess you paid $13 for a candy bar". I asked to speak to a manager and she told me they don't have one. She then called over another employee named TJ to help her. He was just as rude telling me don't worry I'll get my money back. He then showed Pricilla how she messed up and charged me the items from the previous customer. Still no apology to me. Instead TJ follows me out and gives me a stare down until I drove off. Never in my life have I experienced such treatment. This is the worse circle K ever.

I love this circle k! The store manager Alyssa is so nice and the black girl who works there is one of the sweetest and hard working people I know! The only this is that the ASM, Amanda is very rude and has no patience! She gets so many complaints it’s ridiculous but those other two women keep the store up to part! When they aren’t there, the store is a mess tho LOL
