? Be careful with this manager (Orlando Gomez) he is the worst person at that branch, he does not like to be told when he’s doing his job wrong and for the pettiest reasons he closes customers accounts. He takes advantage of his power to close accounts left and right and enters the dumbest reasons/ codes so that customers will no longer be able to open any accounts with chase he acts based on his feelings and is not professional at all. He also closed my daughters account that was not linked to mine just because I’m her mother ??♀️ he provided horrible customer service and the worst experience at that branch, luckily I have 3 other banks that I do business with therefore I would never return to chase. Also one of his employees named ? ( Gennifer La Porte) ?called my daughter asking for my personal information to get ahold of my account violating my privacy and chase privacy policy which was very unprofessional. we definitely escalated this issue with the escalation team. ??

I had a disappointing experience with Chase Bank's customer service. I went to cash a Chase check, but the teller immediately told me she couldn't cash it due to the $4,000 amount. She suggested I deposit it or negotiate with my bank, even though it was a Chase check. The process to cash checks at Chase seems unnecessarily difficult, and the manager I spoke with was quite rude.

Make an appointment before you go because they do not have anyone doing walk ins. Customer service was average. But no one had their id facing out so you can know their name.

The idiocy of the people at this bank knows no boundaries, all the way up to a supposed manager (who apparently works for a private contractor separate from Chase); they have collectively done worse than nothing to help my dad who is an executor of his deceased sister’s estate, and is just trying to cash a $1300 check (which we have been told through corporate and the Chase phone number that he has done everything correct and it should be able to be taken care of in a local branch). After several visits, my dad has become beyond exasperated, and also very angry, frustrated, puzzled, bewildered - every negative descriptor that you could think of - and the people that work here apparently have next to no idea what they are doing, all the way up to a supposed Orlando Gomez, who is apparently the manager. Never before have I heard of such consistent and willful ineptitude and disrespect displayed toward a client/customer at the hands of virtually all staff at a major bank. And to display their lack of care or concern, there likely won’t be any response to this review.

We have been doing business with Chase for 16 years. This is the only branch that had rejected my deposits 2 times. Train your people better.

Because i have to....Im an actual customer of this bank....But Chase has a Very bad service, they never have staff, the ATMs never work, they do not have good customer service and they are not friendly, a long wait to be served, and very inefficient...CHASE sucks...Very bad service and the worst bank that exists and they still charge you for everything.

Walked in requesting to see if there’s an available appointment, the girl didn’t even bothering checking her computer to see if there was any appointments they had 3 bankers just standing in the back gossiping and laughing rather than coming out to assist the customers
