Make an appointment before you go because they do not have anyone doing walk ins. Customer service was average. But no one had their id facing out so you can know their name.

We have been doing business with Chase for 16 years. This is the only branch that had rejected my deposits 2 times. Train your people better.

Walked in requesting to see if there’s an available appointment, the girl didn’t even bothering checking her computer to see if there was any appointments they had 3 bankers just standing in the back gossiping and laughing rather than coming out to assist the customers
