Honestly, the staff need more training regarding car parts.. I shouldn't have to explain the differences between parts and why I know a part is not for my car to someone who works in a damn auto parts store.. just saying.
Hire people who know car parts, why is that not a requirement of the job to work here? Lol ?

Good location. Clean store and friendly staff. They have self checkout for quick trips, and the times I have visited wait for a clerk was generally 5 minutes or less. Online ordering and pickup is also easy and organized, so overall great store and staff.
Quick edit: had to come in again early on a Sunday, and Nancy was extremely helpful troubleshooting some special wheel lugs. She let me test out the fit before purchasing and eliminated a back and forth having to buy, test, return, etc. great service really appreciated the extra effort.

It has high-quality personnel capable of serving customers as it should be, they assist you in your language and help you get the parts or you think that customers occupy, it is really a place where you should go if you are looking for something for your vehicle. I recommend. ????️?

I go to the Phoenix Auto Zone located on W. Van Buren St. & 35th Avenue. This place is successful due to it's manager, Tony, and his very helpful employees. I always get treated with courtesy and respect.

The folks here always do an excellent job helping me out with a variety of vehicle related needs; and I emphasize this (along with the five stars) in light of the frequently belligerent and pushy customers I see who unfortunately frequent this location.

Employees at the counter were rude and refused to look for a part that online said had multiple in stock. Odd sized hose clamp that usually is kept behind the counter as there is no place for it on the floor with the other hose clamps. She said they must not have them and tried to get me out of the store as fast as possible.

I came n this morning for a fuse... B4 going n2 the store I called a different AutoZone and they told me that this location carried the fuses I needed for my windshield wipers. After driving all the way to tolleson for what I needed the person at the desk was rude and was not willing to work with me... The exact words that came out of the lady's mouth was, "jus because it says we have it on hand doesn't me we carry it." That is y I gave it the rating that I did. I will not b returning back to this location...... Period!
