“This is a small shop in Tolleson that handles absolutely everything automotive. The owner Joe is a nice person to deal with and from what I know, he’s a stand-up guy. I’ve been taking my vehicles to him for a couple years now and they always get down to the bottom of every problem. The cashier girl with glasses is very pleasant to deal with as well she will keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. If you ever need any work done on an old classic or new car or truck, they’ll get it done in a timely manner for a fair price. I wouldn’t go anywhere else In the west valley B&M is by far the best! “These folks took good care of me when nobody else would! I literally drove all over the valley trying to get a small but urgent job done - my dog had an "accident" on my passenger seat and it got on the door too, just needed the upholstery cleaned and sanitized.
Everyone I talked to either would not do the job at all, or wanted to charge me for a full car detailing which I did not need, or wanted to charge ridiculous "biohazard fees."
They got the job done on the spot in 15 minutes, did great work, and charged me a very reasonable fee. Can't thank them enough.”

“I don't deal with body repairs a lot, but I felt like it took too long to complete the repairs to my car. Communication was subpar as I was told twice that I would receive a call back within 20 minutes and never got one until one to two days later. Also was told my car would be ready by Thursday or Friday, and didn't get my car until that following Wednesday. That being said, the repairs and painting were nicely done and my car looks great!”
“The customer service at the shop in Tolleson AZ is always pleasant. I am a woman owned company, and some of the workers go above and beyond to help- even took the parts i purchased and put them into the truck for me! They are helpful in searching for the parts you need in person or over the phone.”
“Everyone speaks english ! Also they patched a tire that another location wouldn't ....they said I needed a new tire ...but it only needed a patch !! Honest people he gave me a good price for new tires for my son's car”

“Before u read the rest i would like to say that i spoke with austin and ryan in shop helped me out tremendously by showing me what was really going on and made everything make sense and reason for charges. I am now a happy coustmer and will def be returning after the service i have received from these 2 gentlemen.Brought truck in for a check-up. Denied the work they wanted to do but still charged 1426. One charge for over 400 all he did was check codes and shift lever. But did all kinds of stuff on coolant system and only charged me 234. Something seems fishy. And truck is under 500k so warranty still in effect. And not to mention been here over 2 hrs just for paperwork guy behind counter was nice sad he is only one here on a Sat and has to deal with this. But Ryan shop foreman came and explained everything to me great person and helped out ALOT he gets 5 stars for sure sounded like he knew his stuff very knowledgeable”
