“This is a small shop in Tolleson that handles absolutely everything automotive. The owner Joe is a nice person to deal with and from what I know, he’s a stand-up guy. I’ve been taking my vehicles to him for a couple years now and they always get down to the bottom of every problem. The cashier girl with glasses is very pleasant to deal with as well she will keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. If you ever need any work done on an old classic or new car or truck, they’ll get it done in a timely manner for a fair price. I wouldn’t go anywhere else In the west valley B&M is by far the best! Thanks B&M!”

I wasn't able to return it directly to this location because it was ordered online/shipped to my home so it had to go to a corporate store. But he directed me where to go and even helped me after the fact accommodating and taking into consideration what was closest to me and most convenient. Amazing customer service!! “Good location. Clean store and friendly staff. They have self checkout for quick trips, and the times I have visited wait for a clerk was generally 5 minutes or less. Online ordering and pickup is also easy and organized, so overall great store and staff.
Quick edit: had to come in again early on a Sunday, and Nancy was extremely helpful troubleshooting some special wheel lugs. She let me test out the fit before purchasing and eliminated a back and forth having to buy, test, return, etc. great service really appreciated the extra effort.”

“I don't deal with body repairs a lot, but I felt like it took too long to complete the repairs to my car. Communication was subpar as I was told twice that I would receive a call back within 20 minutes and never got one until one to two days later. Also was told my car would be ready by Thursday or Friday, and didn't get my car until that following Wednesday. That being said, the repairs and painting were nicely done and my car looks great!”
“Absolutely satisfied with our experience with this place! They replaced the mirror on the truck, meanwhile we got to relax in a one of a kind trucker’s lounge allowed our dog to join us inside and the customer service was just on point start to finish!”

Every time I was here i got empty before my my appointment time, and after backing up to the dock door 30 minutes later load is done.
Also you can park on the street by the DC.

“I’ve used this location a few times as well as other Velocity centers in CA. This one is by far the most clean and organized. I have a diesel pusher rv bus and have found Velocity to be a little more expensive than some but I’ve always had excellent service esp. relative to the rv dealership that is close by the Tolleson location. This is a busy location that’s typically scheduling a couple weeks. That being said the rv service coordinator, Pete, is very nice and professional. A special thanks to him for today’s help where we were heading out of town and the rig threw a fault code. Instead of stonewalling me, he gave me a little of a tech’s time and within 10 minutes issue was diagnosed and resolved. Sorry that others have had issues but at least for me they get two thumbs up!”
