Every time I’ve ordered an item off Amazon and it’s coming from Tolleson it’s always delayed or never comes. It’s beyond frustrating.

had delivery driver out of this distribution center claim the delivery location was inaccessible- interesting because two delivery drivers (from Amazon) where able to make deliveries earlier today with no issue. Delivery driver is lazy and ready to get off work. If Amazon is interested the order number was 112-9263566-3294616. Should be easy enough to find this unreliable employee.

Everytime they are in charge of delivering my pieces...they do not follow delivery instructions. They ALWAYS deliver before 8:30am on guaranteed pieces...then the next attempts are before 8:30am then return in. This has happenednow the 6th time. They need to retrain the company....FOLLOW DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS....
