Haven’t been to a live unload at a Grocery warehouse in ages. They have a moderately sized staging area and contactless checkin. And the Lumper fee is automated as well. Definitely different from 20 years ago.

My experience was great. There is a large overnight parking lot and a toilet. Come and enter the delivery information into the machine. And after 20 minutes they gave me a door via SMS, come again, enter the code that was sent to you and the board shows the dock number and directions to it, very convenient. After which you go through security who shows you where to go and near dock 50 there is a check-in booth where you give your documents, give the truck number and phone number, then park, open the doors and wait for unloading. I was unloaded quickly. You receive an SMS with the payment amount and then they call you and tell you to pick up your documents. Fast, polite. If there are loads here, I will come here with great pleasure

If you have the app and do what you're supposed to do you don't even get out of your truck. I checked in with the app. Had a door in 10 min. You pull to security where you open your doors and when he tells you to, proceed to your door. This is probably the longest part because they allow one truck at a time now because y'all are dumb/rude/can't back up/turbans too tight. The lumpers are just like any other place, slow and rip offs. They always leave a ton of debris in the trailer, I just throw it out the back on the ground 👍🏻. Hey. I deliver the full trailer and it was clean when they loaded.

Definitely some good changes. Guard directing traffic in the gate is fantastic. No more dogpile. Could you new drivers have a little respect turn your headlights off when you're backing in and when you're parked. And turn your stupid fog lights off. It makes you look ignorant. Check-in is very simple. Scan the code in my picture and you will never have to get out of your truck at all you do not have to go to the gate. Just follow the instructions. Please don't drive like you're from another country. You're in American. If you want to drive truck in America then follow our simple way. Be respectful.

"Hiring" but your online applications don't even work. Trying to start the assements gives you a blank page error. No methods of contact to inform someone of these issues. Voice recording one sided interviews before speaking with a human for a warehouse job. Are you people actually hiring? or are you just going to waste everyone's time with spamming job posts across all online job boards.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this drop-off location. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst I've encountered. Their handling of time and appointments is severely lacking. I had a 5 AM appointment, but instead of being attended to promptly, I was given a ticket and left waiting for an astonishing 5 hours.
To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the ordeal. If I could rate this place below zero, I absolutely would. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and courteous service. Save your time and look elsewhere!

All supermarket DC’s suck but this is the worst . Why even have appointments if you’re not going to be able to keep them.!
Zero respect for drivers. They will use up all your hours and F-up your whole schedule!!!
Update , after waiting over three hours for a door I was told they were done with dry loads for the night and it had to be rescheduled. No one actually came to tell me that, I only found that out after tracking down an actual person. Everything is done through the app and I could have sat there all night !
