Electronic system to check in that doesn't work, took over six hours to unload not a big fan of this place.

Not bad. Check in 2 hours before appt. May have to check in at kiosk or using the Freight Smith app. Said their system was down today so used the app. Got a call for a door at 5am for my 06:30 appt. Parking lot fills up completely at night so be careful not to get in where you can't get out of.. Nice guys overall.

Too all OTR TRUCKERS They changed their check-in process. Thier not using the FraightSmith APP anymore. You'll have to go.in the office to check in

Straight delivery 430appt check in no more then 1 hr early was in dock at 4am ish out by 5am no long wait for bol once lumper is paid , on to the next one

Staging area was packed. Check in process was lengthy and unnecessary. Tons of people in the office not knowing how to check in. Once checked in received door after about half an hour. Average unload time / online lumper.

That peoples so rude to driver man. They hate us if you come here make sure you have so much patience. I come 03/29/2024 7:00 am he say my appointment was 6:15 pm he say you come before 2 hours your appointment now I going one b…standing they just playing on the phone. I told her to check in she say come by one hours before you have appointment I just waste my old day to get nothingI’m so angry man I just waste one f…. day here

Totally stupid words can’t describe how ignorant this Dc is. Supposed to check in using freight Smith but not anymore use Albertsons app now no text or phone call send somebody out to your truck and bang loud the most efficient then find out they still use fright smith to pay lumber no text no call lazy people here

Not that bad you just can’t deliver early. Also broker told me delivery time was 3pm got here 11am and they said it was 5pm delivery. Didn’t get door until 530pm. It’s 555pm I’m empty just waiting on EFS to run through to get bols back. You can sleep outside facility in staging area more than enough parking.

If it was possible to get 0 stars I would. I have been waiting for my bols for over 2 hours lumper already paid. Tried walking around meanwhile I'm waiting for my paperwork and was told I could not be walking on the property . What are we doing here . You want us in te trk for over 5 hours and Don't even allow us to WALK!!!!. THESE GUYS ARE THE WORST

TOOK forever to unload in Tolleson, Arizona . Therw is parking , up to 2 hrs prior to ur apointm. There is a small building next to truck parking, check in there after parking, they will check you in, call u on cell phone with you door number, stop an give ur paperwork , check in once insude the gate at door 59, there a lumper hut. You have to download app on cell phone to pay ur lumper fee, an waiting again for a text to walk an get ur receite, an the lumper hut.... i was there 7.5 hrs. beginning to end...

I’m putting one star because it won’t let me put zero! This is the worst receiver ever!!! My appointment was at 7 o’clock, and I checked in at 6:40. At 12 o’clock, I am told that they forgot to put my info into the system, so I will have to wait until tomorrow after 3, because they stop receiving at 11. I have never wanted to dump freight into the parking lot so bad!

I've been to this facility twice and at both times unloading was quick for a grocery warehouse. You check in using the "Freightsmith" app and wait to be assigned a door or they will call you. Be sure to drop your paperwork off at the Lumper BEFORE you go to your door...save yourself the exercise.

they don’t even deserve a star ….. they don’t care about driver’s time means our running logbooks or next delivery appointment ….my appointment was 8:00am I came at 6.30 am checked in by app then got door at 7.00 am then app says that you have 15 minutes to arrive at door otherwise you will loose your door assignment then they started unloading which ends at 11:.00 am then got message about payment i paid in minutes by app then i had to wait to get paperwork im still waiting for the paperwork Good Luck Drivers Be Safe! overall bad experience

The app used to check in is a lot of work for an app. Once in, they were quick, once again the app was the delay in getting out. Lumper was a bit high however. You can check in 2 hrs early.
