Professional and personable. I receive excellent service each time I take my car to them. With all the customers they have I’m very impressed that they always remember who I am and what car I drive. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

This was my first time going to Yota Pros. I was having an issue with the neutral safety switch in my 99 totyota pickup. I stopped by their shop and discussed the problem with Michael and got on his schedule. The switch was changed out for a very reasonable charge, and I also had my AC recharged.
A week after this work, I started having issues starting the truck. I stopped by the shop again and talked to Michael. Now Michael is not one for chit-chat. He is direct and knowledgeable about Toyotas. It was either my ignition switch or the starter. That weekend, I got stranded because the starter would not engage. I called a friend to help me get it started. I turned the ignition switch while my help tapped the starter with a piece of rebar, and it finally engaged.
I drove my truck straight to Yota Pros that Sunday and left it there.
Monday morning, I talked to Michael, and he worked me in schedule. By mid-day Tuesday, my truck was ready to go.
I truly appreciate not having to have my vehicle in the shop for days and days. The work Yota Pros do is prompt and professional, at a very good cost.
I am so glad I have discovered Yota Pros. Now, I won't go anywhere else.
Thanks Yota Pros!

Very rarely do I rate something 5 stars. These guys deserve it. I drive 43 miles just to get my Corolla serviced here and I don't regret the distance at all. The Yota Pros give it to you straight and do their best to go above and beyond. Chances are good that my next vehicle will be a Toyota too, partially because they're ridiculously reliable, and partially because I don't want to deal with a different mechanic shop ever again, if I can help it.

Nobody likes car repair, but if you have a Toyota that needs maintenance or repair this is where to go. Do what they say they will do and fair prices.

Mike and Mark run a their shop with expertise, professionalism, and integrity. For nearly two years, I have brought my 4Runner and RAV4 here for both routine maintenance and repairs. Yota Pros consistently delivers quality service at fair prices. I have recommended this business to a number of friends and will continue to bring my cars here.

Just brought in my ‘23 GX460 for its first oil change. These guys know their Toyotas/Lexuses(Lexi??). Fair price for an oil change, great knowledge about the cars, and good suggestions about aftermarket mods. Taking the GX back there for a suspension mod next week.

After asking around on the internet for a Toyota shop, I was recommended this place. Most of the time I take my car in for oil changes. They are quick with these. Reasonably priced. The shop is probably one of the cleanest ones I saw and is easily accessible from Priest Dr.
My concerns and observations:
They did my timing belt with all the related stuff. Prior to that, they diagnosed sqeaky water pump. Timing belt was due, so they got the job - timing belt, water pump, thermostat, and serpentine belt. About $1,350 - not bad. Took about 4 hrs - I was impressed with this timing. Picked up the car, the water pump still sqeaked a bit. I verified with other shops that the job was actually done. After some time the squeak did go away. The car runs well.
Front struts are clunking and jingling (Jingle struts yo!). They are saying everything is tight and installed correctly (different shop). However they are noisier than usual, with the top bushings and washers being loose - can be rotated by hand when the car is on the ground. Ok, whatever. I did find the answer why that may be.
Mark seems to be quite curt over the phone, often times doesn't let me finish stating my needs, too quick to hang up. The last time I called for an oil change and a couple of other things, he just took my oil change request with a quick "Oil Change? See you then. Bye." I had other concerns and he didn't give me time to state them. I wish I recorded the conversation and could post here. I understand not everyone is comfortable at talking on the phone, but taking the time to listen and understand your clients' needs goes a long way. And now I cannot trust these people.
I'd say this is a 3.5/5 place at best. It's not bad, but not great either.

Total rip off, replaced my spark plugs and broke wiring harness clips while they were in there plus the plugs are after market. They also overcharged me for the service (tune up) that didn’t even help with the issue at hand 0/10 don’t reccomend.Services: General repairs & maintenance
