The lady had no patience, and just wanted to get off the phone as soon as she thought I was done. She just says have a good day and hangs up and you can hear the frustration in her voice. Sorry lady I just don't wanted to be transparent with you. What a c u next t

racist hispanic workers. Do not go here for any services. I sat and listened to her claim to "verify" information but in spanish. In reality what she was doing was calling someone to give personal information illegally. Word of advice. Don't underestimate customers who are not hispanic. Thinking you can speak in spanish and we don't understand. My 4 years of spanish classes paid off big time. I wouldn't doubt if they are selling customers information. Sad because i've been using their services for years. Never again. SCAM AND RACIST. Stay away.

Horrible!!!! Took over 30 min and they still wouldn't cash my check!!! They had me waiting for what? They were all back behind the glass having a powwow, did they even call to verify with the company? NO !!!! Will never go there again

Very upset with the service I received, or I guess I should say the service I did not receive. I went in to cash my check, I have been at my job for over 6 years. I provided a pay stub, my state Id, and my employee id # along with my badge which has all of that information on there. Their employee then told me she still has to verify employment, so she called HR but they close after 4 pm. I then told her that there is another proxy to press to verify employment for 3rd parties. She then told me that would prefer to have me do it. So I gathered the information on how to verify employment for her, she then told me that they will only very employment not proof of funds (which is clearly on my paystub mind you). I advised her they will send an authentication code to my cell phone number which will allow her to verify proof of the check. She told me that they have to pay to use the service that my job provides. At this point I took my check and left. I felt discriminated against, she didn't have any willingness to assist me which is truly concerning. I surely hope this is not the kind of service that checksmart encourages.
