Today 7/31/24. I tooked my mother in law to this location which is we go there all the time every one knows me and her.shes93 years old. Today because I was Asian with a white woman The manager on this location which in maclintock. She’s the worst manager ever. Rude none educated no manner banker I ever met. We got treated like criminals. My mother in-law was confused why she’d telling me to away. Until I explained to my mother inlaw she was very rude. Mom got really upset how got treated to this location in maclintock. The manager is very disrespectful against Asian. I saw all the reviews from this location of welsfargo in maclintock. The worst reviews ever about the manager. U guy need to fired her she’s not good with your business period!!!

Managers are lazy and do not work the full day. The tellers then tell customers they cannot process certain transactions without manager approval. We are told to come before 3pm to ensure managers are still around for these transactions. Wells Fargo is open until 5pm, that is 2 hours of the 8 business hours when you cannot get manager approval. That is 25% of their business hours.

The branch manger is not friendly and lied about information, accusing me of cashing multiple checks all because he cashed my check and then reversed it, so it showed a check had been JUST cashed. He refused to help me due to his own wrongful accusations. I would not encourage anyone to use this bank location. If you dislike your job so much, and treat people like criminals, you should reconsider your profession!

I thought that a branch in a nice Tempe neighborhood would give me a friendlier experience. The thick panels separating the tellers from the plebes was all I needed to see though. I do despise Wells Fargo, which is sad because of their long history, but they simply suck as most of corporate America does. Thankfully my visits to WF are few and far between. Unfortunately I still have to visit a different location to get my simple business deposit taken care of.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer, both on a business and personal level, for the past two decades. During the course of these 20 years, I have maintained a banking relationship with this specific branch for a decade. However, I recently encountered a rather disheartening incident during my visit.I had diligently scheduled an appointment with one of the bank's dedicated bankers, ensuring my timely arrival at the branch. Unfortunately, upon my check-in at the branch, I was informed that the designated banker, James, had left to go back home.What compounded my disappointment was the fact that I did not receive any prior communication from James, either in the form of a call, text, or appointment cancellation. As someone who values clear and open communication in a professional setting, I found this lack of notification disconcerting.In the past, this branch had established a reputation for providing exceptional service and upholding the highest standards of professionalism. However, I must regrettably note that over the past five years, there has been a noticeable decline in both the professionalism displayed by the staff and the overall quality of customer service provided.

I wish I could give this location a negative review, they made it to where I couldn’t cash my check anywhere else but Wells Fargo on purpose by stamping a check that did not belong to them. When talking to the manager the manager decided to blame Wells Fargo’s company policies but a store manager at a different Wells Fargo was so shocked at this situation that they reported their management to corporate as well, DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION !

Waited on hold to speak to someone at this branch. Then the automated service states they are unable to answer.. during business hours... I guess I will be choosing a different bank to open up my newest account.

Now you must have an appointment to do anything besides a deposit or a withdrawal. They don't except walk in business anymore whatsoever. They're not a service industry anymore, they're nothing but a roadblock to your money now. They just lost my account of 45+ years.

My husband and I came in to close our checking, savings, and safe deposit box after having previous issues with service and availability of bankers when needed. After the teller spoke to my husband at the window, the manager approached and was able to deescalate the situation, directed us to a cubicle where we were greeted with a banker to handle our accounts. They even stayed and handled our transactions until after closing so that we wouldn't have to take off of work the next day to see the teller.Yes, there is an issue with availability of bankers and tellers, and the lobby hours have been cut as well as the drive thru. However, the manager on duty today around 4:00 p.m. was very accommodating and professional and showed real empathy toward our situation. He and the bankers on staff should be commended for their professionalism with even the toughest customers.As far as the corporation goes, this branch could use some help hiring and retaining good staff members so people have a better experience when they have to visit.

Would avoid this location if you value your time. Having been accustomed to decent customer service from Wells Fargo I'm actually shocked how terrible this branch is. Getting an answer to a simple question regarding an account requires an appointment even when no one is there at the moment and the matter would take a couple minutes. Absolutely no sense of urgency with your time.

Would give no stars if possible ... went inside to cash a couple of checks .... They had 7 employees working and the line didn't move once for 10 min....3 of them were trying to print a cashiers check and the rest had their thumbs up their a** ... walked out and will never go back
