Waited on hold to speak to someone at this branch. Then the automated service states they are unable to answer.. during business hours... I guess I will be choosing a different bank to open up my newest account.

Been going to this WF for 40 years. It's the worst it's ever been.. It feels like they are wanting to close the branch..
