Best auto shop I’ve been to, they are honest and up front about what is specifically wrong with one’s vehicle and don’t try to upsell anything unnecessary like dealerships usually do, so happy to have found them since living in Arizona, thank y’all so much for repairing my car with such care!!

First time bringing my vehicle here. Brought it in for an oil change and got my money's worth!
Paul (Service Advisor?) Gave me the run down and was transparent on pricing and the process. The Tech that performed the oil change also did an inspection and found upper control arm bushings that were split and needed to be replaced. Very upfront and honest about the cost. Not cheap but an honest quote. Thanks for the assist and I will be back!

They were so personable and helpful! I got my oil changed and they offered to get me a Lyft home. The service was fast and they did a great job. I will be going back to get other work done for the brakes on my car.

I'm one of those people who like to fix everything myself, recently I took my girlfriend's Tacoma to We Fix It Auto Repair to fix the Air Conditioning.
I tried to fix it myself and ended paying twice as much than if I just took it to the professionals first.
We Fix It Auto Repair did a great job and everyone their is extremely helpful and friendly. It's notu 1st time to We Fix It Auto Repair and I would highly recommend them.

The customer service is good. But the prices make no sense. $180 to get your A/C recharged. $800 to get a A/C blower replaced because they charge $200 an hour for labor costs. More than body shops … wouldn’t recommend to the average consumer. The dealership itself doesn’t even charge this high. Mind you this is for a 2020 Nissan.

I received a coupon in the mail for a synthetic oil change and decided to give it a try. The process was very fast only took about 30 mins and the staff/customer service was very nice and gave me additional feedback on my car’s status. The owner even texted me personally after to check in and make sure my experience was great. Highly recommend this place!

Trevor took care of my car and me. It was overheating with coolant leaking out of it. Problem identified and fixed. Got my car back in less than 24hrs.

Sincerity is unusual these days. We fix it goes a step further and always finishes above and beyond. I cannot tell you how reassuring it is to be confident they will tell you the truth about the work that is required to fix your car. We recently had a delivery truck break down and contacted “We Fix it” to see if they could fit us in same day. They were very accommodating and told us to bring it in. We had it towed in and were able to wait while they fixed it and got us back on the road. You guys saved the day ?????
