Forget about all other locations for all your entertainment needs. This place is above and beyond and the employees are above that! They have a customer for life! Thanks Walts for all you’ve done for our family!Update 05/10/24: another perfect install and workmanship from Walts! We had 4 large electronic window shades and switches installed and programmed by Matt, Seth and Joey! They are the best and I hope I can do more with Walts in the future!

Ordered a sound system from Amazon. Walt’s lied to Amazon and shipped my purchase in multiple different packages using different shipping merchants. When I complained, they ignored my main questions and said to just ”call the police”. Enjoy the charge back. Save your money. Update: 3 months later "mike" has yet to contact me or "look into it"

I have used Walt’s technical folks for several years. They have always been professional and competent. Recently, Matt and his team resolved a couple problems I was having with my AV equipment. They quickly identified the cause and corrected the problem.Highly recommended.

Bad faith company and poor customer service. Purchased a TV through Amazon. The delivered the TV was left on the porch. No signature or anyone present was needed to take delivery. They agree to a return since it was damaged, and it was left on my front porch for FedEx to pick up. It was stolen and the company changed their tune and then claimed that someone should have been there to give the return package to FedEx between 9-11 on a workday. Talk about bad faith. Needless to say, they are letting me take a $900 loss. Make sure if you are ordering from Amazon, that this company is not the seller.
